Did not like continuous alarms going off in the middle of the night, lots of hallway noise,refrigerator was noisy. Disruptive of sleep.Parking lot was very tight. Not well marked where parking was. Was given choice for printed or emailed receipt. I chose printed, then the printer didn’t work. It was right beside the attendant; they wouldn’t resolve why it wasn’t working and forced me to have an emailed receipt. Just annoying following two disruptive nights sleep for both of us.

Very good location as bus station is just a few min walk. The room is big and spacious. Bed is comfortable and they gave us a lot of pillows. Towels are new and clean.

Unfortunately our first night we did not get much sleep due to an incident with a guest across from our room . Overall it is a good hotel, there is an EV charging station that you can charge your vehicle for three hours for free. The restaurant onsite was good and the rooms were clean. I don’t recommend getting rooms on the first floor, there is too much noise from the street.

Room was next to parking lot where people were partying, I called multiple times as it was so loud and smoke filled room even with windows closed. They moved me finally at 12am, but very terrible experience.

Hotel was ok ,located in a pretty run down area, 1 restaurant to eat at which was in the basement of the hotel but the food was pretty good. some of the guest were pretty sketchy. Oh decent gym with modern equipment.

Friendly staff, upgraded my room since their King size room is under renovation. Good location, very close to the highway and the room is quiet. Free parking! Great experience, recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel for 2 nights stay. This time, the place has been somewhat renovated. The room we stayed at was partially refaced with floors and fresh paint. Newer bed frame and other room furnitures. Love this place because it’s in a quieter area but can easily access downtown Ottawa. The only negative thing I can say about is that bathroom was lacking exhaust as the room is a regular size. I do recommend staying at this place especially for a short stay.
