Super spot
Superb location, hotel and staff. There was a minor mix up so the first night we had to stay somewhere else but Anna and Harun more than made up for it, they even got my girlfriend a cake for her birthday

Amazing host !!
It’s was the -Location -Value for money - Ease of booking tours - Room cleanliness - Room aminities And most important it was Harun, who made everything look so easy. He is the man to know - Very Resourceful - Very helpful He take special care for people around him. Somethings need to be improved - Breakfast quality and variety - WiFi connectivity in bunk beds/rooms - Green tour by Atmoss team is not very detailed and good

Hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptırdım. Ama hotele gittiğimde kimse yoktu o soğukta sabaha kadar dışarıda kaldım.

There must be mistake. When was your reservation, Mr. Emin? We are 24/7 at the hotel. If you are coming in the middle of the night you suppose to call. at list. so we dont mark your reservation as no show, because after midnight we have right to do that if you didnt contact us before. i am very sorry for your expirience but you must come to different place, because we are 24/7 at the hotel. Also you could always call us (you are turkish so you can easily do that) and we would immidiately help you. One more time, we are very sorry for your expirience.

pis pis pis çok pis.
Sakın ha 10 tl olsa bile kalmayın. pis her yer oda bahçe mutfak. lobi denen yer, hepsi pislik içinde. Kahvaltıyı bırak mutfağı görseniz su içmezsiniz. biz iki gün ayırmıştık. kahvaltıyı başka otelde yaptık. Odada sadece yattık kendi çarşaflarımızı sererek.üçüncü gün başka otele geçtik. Tertemiz otel o biçim hizmet ve kahvaltı. Üstelik daha ucuza. Burada kalan veye buralı birilerinden yardım alın. Hayret olumlu yorumları kim yazıyor şaşıyorum. Tatili rezil etmek tam anlamıyla bu. Tüketici bilinciyle yazıyorum. Bu insanları cezalandıralım. Tanımam etmem adını bile sormadım üçkagatcının. Saygılar.

Hotel with a reasonable price and best service.
It was a wonderful 3 days in Cappadocia! The staffs in this hotel were very helpful and friendly. We joined in every tour programmes-Balloon tour, Red tour, Green tour, and Turkish night. Especially, we did the private tour in red tour. Sezai, the hotel staff with the tour-guide license, was the best tour guide. He is good English speaker and humourous. Thanks to him, we had nice experience in Cappadoccia. I really satisfied in our 3 days stay in this hotel. 남자 둘이 운영하는 호텔입니다. 세자이랑 하룬 이렇게 있는데 둘다 정말 친절합니다. 다만 세자이가 좀 더 영어를 잘하고 말주변이 좋아서 접객을 주로 담당하는 것 같았습니다. 겨울에 가면 조금 춥다는 단점이 있지만 히터 더 갖다달라고 하면 흔쾌히 더 갖다줍니다. 동굴 호텔 자체가 좀 서늘해서 여름에 가면 굉장히 좋을 것 같습니다. 저희 가족은 3일씩 있다보니 거의 모든 투어에 참여했는데 호텔에 도착하면(그리고 가기 전에도 메시지로) 세자이가 굉장히 친철하게 설명해줍니다. 저희 가족은 4명이었는데 레드 투어는 투어 자격증을 가지고 있다는(매우 자부심 있어 보였습니다) 세자이가 저희 가족만 자기 차에 데리고 다니면서 시켜줬습니다. 세자이 영어로 정말 설명 잘해줍니다. 귀에 쏙쏙 들어오고요, 유머감각 있어서 다니는 내내 유쾌했습니다. 역사적인 것도 꿰고 있고 뭐 물어보면 설명 찰떡같이 잘해줘서 레드 투어 하나는 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 그리고 세자이가 저희 가족만 데리고 다니다 보니까 공짜로 도자기 마을에서 도자기 만들기 체험을 한다거나 작은 거지만 무료 기념품을 받는다거나 낙타를 공짜로 타본다거나 뭐 이런 단체 투어에서 할 수 없는 경험을 했다는 게 좋았습니다. 가족끼리 가신다면 꼭 private tour로 해달라고 하세요. 단체로 한 그린 투어는 좀 별로였습니다. 호텔에서 그냥 연결만 시켜줬는데 여기는 단체다 보니까 뭔가 좀 성의없다는 느낌이 들더군요. 가는 장소 자체도 레드 투어가 더 나은 것 같습니다. 터키쉬 나이트는 복불복인 것 같습니다. 꼭 저녁 미포함으로 하시고요, 저희가 갔을 때는 별로 프로페셔널하지 않은 댄서들이 춤 춰서 그냥 그랬습니다. 벌룬 투어 꼭 하세요. 멋집니다. 아 그리고 아침식사 소박하지만 그냥 괜찮습니다. 저희가족 마지막 날 새벽 5시?에 떠나는데도 원래 7시 반부터 아침식사지만 아침 차려줘서 고맙게 먹고 왔습니다. 말이 길었지만 요약하자면 가격대비 좋은 호텔이라고 생각하고, private tour 짱짱이었습니다. 방이 좀 휑하지만 스태프들은 친절합니다,
