Always the best place to be. The staff are very professional and always make me feel comfortable. The room was checked on my arrival to ensure everything. Thanks to Mr Eliseu and his team for the amazing reception as always.

I had an exceptional experience staying at the Intercontinental Luanda Angola hotel with my family. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness and luxury were top priorities. The hotel was immaculately clean, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made our time at the hotel memorable was the staff. They were not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to cater to our needs and ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel's luxurious amenities and well-appointed room added an extra touch of indulgence to our stay. Every detail was carefully thought out, providing us with a sense of relaxation and opulence. I genuinely wish we could have extended our stay, as our time there was nothing short of delightful. Nice but not finished
Eager to know about the new Intercontinental in Luanda, I booked one night only. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, one of the nicest modern designs I’ve encountered, it was however quite empty, restaurants are not yet open (room service available), furniture in the top bar seems to be missing, swimming pool closed. I found it very unfair that they charge full price (which is a lot) for a hotel with no amenities. Quite disappointed.

First of all, I had issues with my flight and arrived one day later, seems that the hotel will charge 400 € penalty! Hotel is very nice and staff helpful, but extremely overpriced. Bed pillow had a stain and was not changed. Second night unable to sleep at all due to a near by all night party.
