My niece graduated from U of H and we chose this hotel as it was on campus and convenient for commuting to commencement. The hotel staff was nice and they were attentive to all of our needs. There’s the campus coffee shop right across from the hotel and a restaurant inside. Room was clean and modern. Shout out to Vincent who texted to check on every day of our stay. I definitely recommend.

The fact that I can stay at my alma mater and see a basketball game between Oak State and UH. I was disappointed with the morning manager and his poor attitude and unresponsiveness to my needs as a full paying customer. I never had a desk manager question my need for a cup of coffee at 5:30 am in the morning. I simply asked the question wondering why there was no place to get a cup of coffee anywhere. I was left standing there like something was wrong with me and why was I awake. Oh well, the hotel was nice but I would have had better service at a low end hotel somewhere else. I was only asking for a cup of coffee.
