This is the best service I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff went above and beyond for EVERYTHING. The property is beautiful and calming, the ocean view was stunning, and breakfast was delicious. I would return in a heartbeat. It’s 15-20 minutes from Beppu City.

子供連れに最高
ハーモニーランドの前泊で利用させてもらいました。 子供を連れて宿泊するには、とても良いホテルだと思います。　スタッフさんも程よく気さくでよく気づいてくれます。食事の際のスタッフさんの人数配置も十分多く、困ることがほぼありませんでした。 食事は最高とまでは行きませんが、値段に対しては十分パフォーマンス出ていると思います。

美景優質的體驗
位置係不近車站，所以建議駕車或預約酒店的Shuttle 由於太夜到達，所以由打算乘坐的士到酒店，但去到比較近的龜川站找不到的士(太夜了)，所以最後回別府站乘坐的士,大約是3千多YEN 酒店的景觀是非常之美，建議預留時間慢慢享受美景，日落和陽光照落海面都非常之美，可以考慮在庭園浸著足湯享受咖啡望著美景~ 酒店的溫泉非常值得推介，有點可惜是未能在日落前來到酒店，否則應該可以看著夕陽浸泡，旅客記得要好好計劃一下旅程的時間 喜歡飲燒酌清酒的旅客可以在餐廳內試很多美酒 酒店的服務人員都非常之好 記得要在大堂選好浴衣才上房間呀~ 如果沒有駕車或旅遊巴士的旅客記得要預約shuttle，送到別府站很方便

ビュッフェ会場に左利き用のレードルも用意されていました。他のホテルではありそうでなかなか見かけないサービスなので、心配りに感激しました。 A special left-handed ladle was also available on the buffet. For left-handers, this was really helpful to be able to serve soup without spilling it. エコのためにクリーニングを断ったにもかかわらず、毎日スリッパや歯ブラシなど、追加の必要がないものまで届いたのは残念でした。 Despite refusing cleaning for ecological reasons, we even received slippers, toothbrushes and other items that did not need to be added each day, which did not make sense for us to be environmentally conscious.

ホテルはとても綺麗でした。スタッフの方の応対は親切で、気持ちの良いものでした。部屋から眺める別府湾は穏やかで、癒されるものがありました。 また利用したいと思います。
