I went and checked the room to see the crack in the wall in order to have our maintenance team address the issue and found no cracks in any of the walls, so I am uncertain what you are referring to. We are in the process of installing and additional elevator and hopeful that the project will be completed before too much longer. I hope all other aspects of your stay were accommodating. I'm sorry to hear that you experience with us was less than exceptional. Yes, we are in the heavy travel season of spring break and unfortunately with the tremendous amount of checkouts on a daily basis, the linens are in the hallway from departed rooms to go to laundry.
