To check in you have to go to the management office which is 15 min away by taxi!! They wouldn't allow more than 5 people that has space for 6. Location was great.

Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms.

It is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the metro and dining.but far from most tourist attractions and when using a taxi, it adds up. The apartment itself was ok on the first floor, you need to walk 40 minutes to pick up the keys or drive for 16 mins. It needs to be updated. My issues were, both sliding doors in the bedroom and living room were broken and couldn’t lock them,which caused anxiety for my daughter at night. We asked property manager to fix it but they never did. The bathroom had a big window and when looked at it from the outside you can see everything a person is doing,so I covered it with a small blanket I had. The curtains in the bedroom were sheer and see through no privacy from surrounding buildings. We scheduled one time cleaning since we booked it for a week, but they never showed up to clean. The pull-up sofa and chairs were very old and not comfortable at all. The most annoying thing was the neighbors up stairs. You can hear everything especially late at night We couldn’t sleep sometimes from the noise.for the money we paid I’d rather get a hotel room in a better location.

It is very clean and spacious. I like that there are two sinks. There is L3 metro within two mins. of walking. There are also buses. The area is quiet but very convenient. There are a few markets and a good number of restaurants. There is also a fruit shop where we bought some good fruits. The check-in location is about 20 mins. by taxi which was not expected. One of the floor tile was loose in the living room and one of the cabinet doesn’t close well. We were charged a EU 350 deposit and they returned it after we checked out. It is a little bit far to the Barcelona beach, about half an hour by car. If you plan to go there a lot, you may want to find some place closer. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient apartment, easily walk able to many places. Apartment was clean and spacious. Had air-con which was much appreciated. Huge bath towels, which were great. Great hot shower! A few issues we had: Sofa could do with replacing (due to being damaged). The freezer hadnt been closed so was full of ice and wouldnt close. Hair dryer cuts out every few minutes from over heating.

Wonderful apartment -- clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable. Great location if you want to be in Gràcia. Since the check-in hours are limited, you may have to check in at a different building in a different part of the city.

Amazing stay
Extremely clean and well appointed apartment which was perfect for our four night stay here. Adrian at the front desk was very helpful. We loved the neighbourhood where we found the BEST coffee shops. Within walking distance to many restaurants, and a couple minute walk to the metro station. It felt like we were staying in a real neighbourhood instead of a tourist spot. Plantations de Origins was the best coffee shop we found and is steps away. The best espresso and cortados. We would definitely stay here again.

Good value for family travellers
We stayed in this apartment in early December 2019. Location It was not far away from the Metro, which is convenient. There were also convenient stores nearby so it was very convenient for us as we cook for breakfast every morning. Service Unlike most apartment, this one was managed professionally. It has a reception to receive guests and help guests in case of a need. And they were quite responsive to our request. Cleanliness It was clean on the first day. Thereafter it depended on ourselves as with any apartment style lodging. Facility There is washer, which is good for us. But what can be improved is a dryer as they do not special space for hanging clothes. For a family, we basically need to hang them all over the living hall. For its location, I feel it is value for money, especially for family of 4-5.

Comfortable and convenient apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was perfect for our family of four. It's in a nice residential area about 4 metro stops from downtown, about a mile from Park Guell, and there's another Gaudi building literally around the corner! The apartment was in a great shape, clean, well-furnished. We appreciated the AC and having a full kitchen for when we got tired of eating out. The washing machine was handy, too. Martina at the reception was very helpful with practical advice and she looked up info on the taxi driver strike for us.

Located off Correr Gran de Gracia, our apartment was located a short walk from a main Metro line, and nearby several shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. If we return to Barcelona, we would definitely come back again.

Great place to stay around locals
This is my second time staying here over a 12-month span. It is consistently good. The apartment is in a great location and close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the metro. The staff is friendly and attentive; however, they are not present all day. Also, please be aware of the check-in times. Tha apartment itself is comfortable, modern, and clean. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice place to stay
Did a sightseeing holiday , taxis and buses very local and metro available a short walk away. Many good restaurants and shopping districts nearby. A warning to families is that it seems that some nudity on the beach is acceptable , however it seems that it wasn't on all of the beach.

We had to check in another location and was told our hotel was changed without notice due to "water leak". The Mila apt was small, yet comfortable. Not very convenient with family, elevator can fit 2 ppl at a time. No toileteries given. No front desk. No nearby restaurants or parking

Great location!!! The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoy stay there. Is important that you make sure pick the key up at the main office before go over the apt. The office is a bit far, but using Metro and walk you can make it.

Modern apartment on a street full of life.
Traveled with kids. Apartment was clean and had plenty of sleepy areas, including foldable bunk bed. Walked out the front door to a great street, ventured just a bit farther to see Eiexample neighborhood. Checking in is a bit of a challenge as the apartments are about 20 minutes away (by transit/foot) from the check-in place; we solved it by waiting in a nearby cafe having pastries while one of our party went to check in.

Great place to stay. Very clean and room was ready when we got there early. Checkin was at different location but they had automatic checkin at apartment with keys for us in lock box which was perfect. Couldn't find where heat was located and woman came right over

Modern flat, comfy beds and easy reach of city center. Aircon only working in lounge, no cleaning service available as promised, check-in was delayed by 5 hours as room was not ready, weak shower.

Made a great visit to Barcelona even better
The apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures and was very well equipped. Location was perfect - nice neighborhood and close to the main shopping street in Barcelona and to the metro station. We discovered several excellent neighborhood restaurants. The only "issue" (and not much of one) is that you have to go to another location to check in; so be prepared for two cab rides. The staff were very nice and efficient. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation with 4 kids
We had a great time. The apartment was large, spacious, and easily accommodated our family of 6 (four young kids). The neighborhood was great, and not too far from most Barcelona attractions. Close to a subway station and amenities nearby. The only difficulty was finding overnight parking.

Horrible Experience
Stayed here with 4 other friends. While we were out having dinner and some drinks, our room was robbed. All of our valuable stuff ( PC, camera, iPad you name it) were stolen, Despite the fact there was a 4 digit password to get in the building, and a card key for the room. The safety box was broken from the beginning. The shower room was clogged and had to stick my fingers to get the water out (really dirty), the room LOOKED clean but there were so many dusts on the floor and carpet. We also did late check-in, went to the address it said we should go, but the staff told us to go to a different place than we were informed to do late check-in. The morning after we were robbed, we didn't get much sleep. We were a little bit over the check-out time. When the cleaning lady came, even though we told her our situation, she rushed us out the room. Over all, really poorly managed hotel.

Conviently Located Hotel
The Gran De Gracia Hotel is located within walking distance (30 minutes) of many sites to see in Barcelona and within 3 minutes of the metro. I was able to take train and subway and then walk to hotel from airport. The only negative was the odor in the hallway when arriving at the hotel. It was removed eventually but it wasn't a pleasant greeting when arriving each time. The rooms are large enough to give a spacious feeling and the heating/air conditioning is excellent. The 4 of us had plenty of space in the hotel. There is a living/dining/sleeping room with adjacent kitchen with a bathroom and bedroom off the internal hallway. Another vanity is located in the hallway. The kitchen is full equipped with a range and oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils. There is a bakery next to the hotel and food markets within 5 minutes and more within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The coach is actually two single beds with a cover. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom had a large closet plus another bureau and personal safe. There were televisions in the bedroom and living room if there was time to watch. There is a clothes washer with drying rack outside on the balcony. The staff was helpful and accomodating. I would stay here again.

No physical presence of reception in the apartment
1. There is no receptionist stationed in the apartment. This caused a lot of issues to us as listed and mentioned below. 2. The office of the reception opens only from 10am which is already very late. 3. On the first day, the check-in time became 2.30pm instead of 2pm which was the agreement. 4. I understand that the cleaning of the floor is only once during the stay but it was not clean when we arrived in the first day. 5. It was not a nice experience asking the cleaner to clean the floor. At first she refused and said no. Then after my wife talked to Reception and then Reception talked to the cleaner, she did it grudgingly and kept on talking while banging things to show her disgust. It was a blatant display of rude behaviour to us, the guests. 6. The Wifi only worked on the first day of our stay and it didn't work properly anymore after that. Aside from the things that can be improved, we found the apartment to be newly built, in a nice quiet location and close to the Metro. The Receptionists and Assistant Manager were very helpful, nice and tried to make our stay pleasant.
