Nice comfortable bed few bits of wear and tear in carpet/walls which is only thing can mark it down for people were polite would stop again Plenty of nice bars round the area

Dont waste your time or money stay in this place
Tryed checking in but wouldnt excpet my card, but they guy behind the counter was nice enough The rooms are in poor condition, with only one movie channel and no hot water Avoid staying in this dump and there are other places for the same money that are a lot nicer

No staff was at reception. Ha dto wiat for over 1 hour to check in. Worst experience especially after many hours of flight.

Sleep with Cockroaches
After checked-in at around 11.45pm local time, went to 7-11 for groceries, came back and found many small cockroaches. The night staff got me another room. Next day afternoon when I feedback it to a more senior staff, was told that "we have changed the room for you right?". Didnt even make it a fuss, but still very much impressed by their attitude

This was my second stay at XI Avenue Suites, a place I was looking forward to come back to. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and furnished with everything I needed, and the firm mattress was a blessing for my back. I reserved again the larger room as I like the natural light coming from the small windows. All in all, this is a great place to stay in budget. Check my previous review for more info.

Very Nice staffs
I reached the Hotel after 2pm and the room not ready yet. Staffs are very nice, keep advised me to have a seat while waiting. Special thanks to the staff who help me brought my big luggage to my room by climb up the stairs as I was arranged stay at 1st floor which elevator wasn't reached. Overall, all basic things you able to get under such valuable price.

A very good experience
Even before getting to the hotel I had a very pleasant experience with the staff who answered all my questions promptly through FB chat and confirmed my reservation details. The hotel is in a major entertainment area, therefore the rooms with windows are exposed to live music starting in the evening and lively chatting late at night. Surprisingly, neither bothered me. The bed, that some might find too firm, felt extremely comfortable to me and I slept like a baby. I even woke up without my usual back pain that hits when I travel. The location is prime: in the midst of all kinds of dining, drinking, partying and shopping options. Plus, Nana BTS station is literally around the corner connecting to major malls, temples, monuments, etc. The room had some minor blemishes buy nothing that would sour my stay. There were a couple of outages that week affecting internet and the cable so I did not get to fully enjoy the premium channels but managed to catch a couple of good movies. Definitely a pleasent experience and one I look forward to repeat!

Close to Nana Metro and good food options. I am not keen on any Asian cities and Bangkok is no exception, noisy, chaotic, polluted but a necessary gateway to more desirable locations

Way overprized for what you get. I do not expect luxury at US$ 45,00 a night but a clean room . Not at Eleven Avenue Suites. I have stayed in many Hotels in Bangkok from inexpensive to very expensive over the years but this one and this one was the worst i ever stayed at.

Staff is helping & friendly. Location is very good. Room & Washroom were not very clean. The lady at reception by mistake charged my payment through credit card which i intended to pay in cash. She admitted her mistake and apologized. But she was very helping and friendly. So far its an average Hotel but on a very good location.

Going down hill...
I've stayed here in the past and it was a great hotel to stay. Close to bts and nightlife. BUT now there are signs the hotel is looking ild and shabby. Mold in the bathroom, not cleaned. They ran out of bottle water!! The first room on flr 2 wifi did not work and the key for the power didn't work so the power kept cutting off. Tv has no channels. The move to the 3rd floor better wifi. But terrible load music and singing from the band outside at zanzibar until 1.30am, the soi dogs have a better vocal talent than the singer. Be prepared to hear happy birthday sang badly at least 5 times a night, particularly at midnight at least 3 times!!! Never use the taxis waiting outside, aggressive and drink thai whiskey all day. Better flag one down on the street or get grab taxi.

Your email confirming my booking stated that I would pay the cost in local currency. On checking in I was informed that my Visa Debit Card had already been charged. As the card is in a Sterling a/c it does mean that I have had additional costs for the quite unnecessary foreign exchange fees. This is totally unacceptable. The room though adequate was not what I had booked. I believe it was a lower grade. I am glad I only boked for one night.

hotel was great location. Aircon could have been colder but was still enough to not be hot. front desk were very friendly and helpful. walking distance to restaurants and the railway. Great value for the price.

possibly the worst hotel I have checked into in the far east in the last 20 years, aircon & cable tv were not working, room size was smaller than a prison cell , shower was old & small & dirty , hotel staff very unhelpful, hotel was nothing like the pictures in the hotel description. the only thing accurate was the name of the hotel. would not recommend anyone to stay @ this hotel

Nice location on popular street
The bath room smell so bad, i think the smell came from the pipes. Also the bed is not stable, there are wheels under the bed so the keep sliding on the floor.

This was my worst stay ever! Staff have no idea about bookings! They gave us incorrect check in date and check out date for my sisters booking and my booking. they then asked my sister to pay a late check out fee. but this was their fault. The room was dirty, old, paint peeling, bathroom disgustingly filthy, shower burnt you every now and then. Spoiled my stay!!!!

Hotel is easy to access from Nana BTS Station. The room had no windows which was odd but helped keep the noise down from busy Sukhumvit 11 outside. Bed linens were not the cleanest but the bed was comfortable. Lots of great food options nearby.

Maybe only 150 metres from the steps of Nana station. A very good location. Room smelled of damp and the shower drain was a little blocked, but otherwise comfortable and quiet enough.
