"We stayed here because of the location being convenient of where we needed to be. Eve checked us in and was fantastic. Other staff we met were also very nice. The overnight desk clerk didn’t seem to want to be bothered though when we approached with an issue. We went back that evening and Eve again was working and handled it for us. "Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. "

"First stop in St Louis and staying at this hotel was very memorable because access to the city was very affordable. But what surprised me was that I had to pay an extra $40 for a non-refundable deposit.🙁"

"Room was absolutely spotless, definitely one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Staff was very polite. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but not a brick either. Other people mentioned the small bathrooms, and they are indeed a bit cramped, especially height-wise. Water pressure was quite low. Breakfast was barely not continental; all they had beyond it was a slow and not-quite-crisping waffle maker. Hotel was fine for 2-3 nights, but I wouldn't want to stay a week. "
