The location is excellent close to the Porta Nuova station and also near the airport shuttle bus stop. Within 15 minutes can walk to Via Roma very convenience.

Convenient location for the Porta Nuova station and shopping areas. Friendly front desk. Big room. Cute balcony even for the economy room. Free coffee in the morning. There have been some recent renovations including new hallway carpets and a new elevator. Good value and they even do a cheaper single room for solo travellers though I didn't use this. Cannot fault this place.

Good stay in Turin
ポルタヌーオヴァの鉄道駅、空港までのシャトルバスが発着するバス停にも近く、中心エリアにも徒歩10分程度で便利なロケーション。 フロントは24時間人がおり、対応も良かった。 部屋はシンプルな作りですが、清潔で、広さも十分で、ブレックファーストの提供はありませんが、周りにたくさんカフェがあるので、問題ないです。価格を考えるととても良いホテルだと思います。

Det var oplyst, at der var el-kedel på værelserne - der var der IKKE! Hotellet ligger centralt og er fint, hvis man bare skal have er sted at sove. Dejligt stort badeværelse.

Great hotel
Very friendly staff which helped us with printing tickets and offered coffee free of charge. Very good location just next to the central station and close to a lot of tourist attractions.

The staff are nice people. But the room was on the first floor, the windows giving out to a street where the first tram passed by at 5.25am and then on and on. Besides, on that same street, just below the window, there is the terrace of a kebab or something similar, here people would AND WILL stay shouting until well after 12.30-01.00. Add to all those things the fact that the air-con only worked on FAN mode ( we had an extra fan as well). Result: long noisy and hot nights. They also forgot to clean our room the first day. Very nice staff, works in progress ( the second morning, they started at 7 am, shouting on the street). We are not complaining people, but this has been too much. The young lady at reception, after two nights, timidly offered to look for a different room, but we decided to keep the one we were in, ( Losing horse and all that). They knew we were going to stay for 4 nights...Who decided to put us into that room? A pity it was.

As for the air conditioning, we are doing some work, and that's why we left a fan in the room; we are sorry that not even the second fan solved the problem. As for the noises and screams, we would try to talk to them but thanks to the central location some rooms are slightly noisierWe thank you anyway for your notes, we will try to improve these things.

In questa struttura essenziale e accogliente abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Un letto comodo per dormire, pulizia e personale disponibile, posizione strategica in pieno centro, unica pecca porta del bagno molto rumorosa, per il resto tutto ok. Consigliato

Correct mais bruyant
Chambre assez spatieuse (haut de plafond) et propre. Travaux dans l'hotel au 1er étage mais pas gênant la nuit. Chambre donnant sur rue assez bruyante au passage du tramway notamment. Préférez la vue sur cour plus calme si vous le pouvez. Fenêtres pas dans un très bon état ce qui contribuait à laisser le bruit entrer plus facilement. Sinon emplacement très central très pratique pour visiter le centre à pied et tous les transports à 2 pas, y compris la navette pour l'aéroport.

Good location but noisy room
The hotel has two positive points, its location just opposite the main train station and the reception staff who are very kind and available to help. What doesn’t really work for me is the poor insulation in the bedrooms. The noise coming from the streets is very loud

El lugar no podría estar mejor ubicado, enfrente se encuentra la estacion Porta Nouva y pasan varias líneas de tranvía que te llevan a varios de la ciudad. El hotel es tranquilo y más habitaciones son cómodas. Sin duda regresaré si tengo oportunidad.

Da evitare! Sporco e rumoroso
Pessima esperienza. Trovato camera sporchissima, bagno con peli ovunque e quando abbiamo chiamato l'addetta, per non fare polemiche, questa è venuta con uno straccio sporco a "asciugare" meglio. Siamo andati via dopo la prima notte in bianco per i rumori assordanti che venivano da fuori (gente che urlava, tram, ecc.). Il personale si è disinteressato del problema e ha detto che avrebbe valutato un rimborso che non abbiamo avuto. ATTENZIONE ALLE ALTRE RECENSIONI PERCHE' MI SEMBRA IMPOSSIBILE CHE QUALCUNO POSSA DARE CINQUE STELLE A QUESTA STRUTTURA

Ottima posizione, personale cortese e disponibile
A due passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e dalle relative fermate della Metro e FFSS, il check-in è stato veloce ed il personale alla reception e gli addetti alle pulizie molto cortesi. La stanza era pulita e confortevole anche se mancano frigo bar e condizionatore - in estate magari non è proprio l'ideale. Arredamento vecchiotto ma è una caratteristica di molte strutture "storiche" in questa zona.
