There was dirt hanging from the ceiling right over the bed. The air conditioner was either off or on and running continuously so noisy all night. Needed it on to combat stuffy smell and to much use of air freshener.

The bed in room 322 was horrible. The mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

Expedia posted that there’s a hot tub, however there’s hot tub rooms and not a community hot tub to share. I booked here thinking I’ll be able to relax in the spa not knowing I had to book a room with a hot tub tub..

This hotel didn't respond to any of my emails that I sent through Expedia. Wyoming's state government unexpectedly closed down the freeway and I wanted to reschedule my stay and they just ignored me and kept my money. I reached out 24-48 hours in advance of my booked stay. A month later, they STILL never responded. It's one thing to deny an accomodation, but to never even respond is unprofessional.

It looked like the hotel has gone through a successful update. The bathroom was very nice! Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. However, we thought our room was dim…could have been brighter. Had every like on! The TV was good but the old fashioned rotating channel guide drove us nuts!

A fairly new hotel. We didn’t like the parking on the side of the building. Toilets were odd. Bathroom layout was odd. The hotel needs to get their second luggage trolly fixed. We had to wait until a guest returned the only one they had

The hotel has been renovated. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious. Many dining options close by. The breakfast was adequate. The only complaint is the rooms need a bit of extra cleaning. The headboards should be cleaned, the bathroom tub surround had soap residue on it and the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Good accommodation for a reasonable price. Would stay here again.

We had a few issues with our TV and the young lady was soooo about getting us connected. She made several trips to her "room" to get help get us connected. It took a while but finally our TC was working. Thank you!!

Broken tiles dead batteries in the tv remote, in room hot tub was the loudest I have ever heard, kids stomping around in the room above me till 3am, then again at 7am. I was really glad I only stayed one night.

My 1 night stay Feb 23-24 at the comfort Inn was great. Very clean room. Breakfast was good. Nice work out room. The king size bed was very comfortable. The styling of the room was up - to daye. And very relaxing. I recommend staying here

Didn’t tell me ahead of time that a deposit was mandatory to stay until I arrived. They wouldn’t refund my money that I already paid for to book the room. If they would’ve told me about the deposit, I could have been prepared but instead I had to be turned around and go right back home and lost over a hundred dollars. Shame on Expedia and this hotel for not communicating.

Nice hotel
Room was nice, and comfy, but it was lacking in cleanliness. There was fingernails on the bathroom floor, the drawers had crumbs and dust in them, and the side of the mattress cover was stained up with what looked barbecue sauce, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles that were on the sink were almost empty and the trash can in the bedroom didn’t have a trash bag in it. Outside of that it is a decent little hotel and the staff are very nice! We were just using the room for a place to sleep after a concert so I wasn’t really worried about it and housekeepers have bad days too. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
