I arrived to the property and was giving a double bed when I booked a king bed. When I arrived to my room I immediately notified the front desk that this wasn’t the room I payed for. I was met with no care or concern. I was told it’s on a first come first serve bases. The room had a smell and the bathroom fixtures fell apart.

I did not like the fact that the entire weekend we was there we was not offered towels no one bothered to see if we needed any we had to go to front desk no one bothered to pick up trash, housekeeping was in the room over from us for hours. i was told parking was included in my stay but still got charged for parking. there was pee on the toilet seat and the floor. other than that my daughter enjoyed herself.

The stay was excellent the problem I'm having is I ordered and paid 2 rooms and they only gave me 1 room and I paid through Expedia so I couldn't get a refund or at least a nights stay I met all required duties and I didn't get accommodated.But other than me loosing $130 I had a great time.

My stay would have been rated higher but the internet did not work correctly and at 2a there were kids yelling and screaming in the hallway. I probably will not stay here again.

We are so sorry that your stay was not pleasurable with guest that disturb your rest and made your stay not pleasurable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The staff was superb! The people at the front desk, especially MJ and Annie - MJ checked us in and Annie checked us out. The restaurant staff was very polite and fun, especially Terronica who served me and my siblings and our spouses - so about 8 people - on 2/29 for dinner.

We always stay at Renaissance St Louis airport when flying out on vacation. The shuttle service is prompt and they have a great bar/restaurant area to relax before the trip. I use the park and fly option, so nice not to have the extra stress after a long trip.

I was actually surprised of how restroom looked, the base of the toilet was cracked, the tub had a number of large rust spots, and instead of having a closet there was a small wardrobe cabinet. It was impossible to hang my suites and my wife’s dresses. The restaurant and room service was really expensive. The telephone service extensions were incorrect , which made it difficult to connect with room service.

Perfect for the Scentsy conference wish the public bathrooms were cleaner 300 women using 2 bathrooms got gross fast!

Overall stay was okay but room could’ve been cleaner we found a room key behind the night stand and the fridge hadn’t been wiped out. Then the front desk person didn’t inform me of what all the fees was about.
