Only problem is that our AC went out. The staff was super nice and was able to move us to a different room on the same floor. Nice location in a office park. Quiet and felt very safe.

This is the 2nd time we’ve chosen this hotel when coming to the STL area and likely won’t be the last. Staff is super friendly, check in/out is a breeze, clean, nice rooms, nice gym, close enough to everything without being in the middle of the city. Only wish the pool was warmer but it didn’t stop my 5 y/o!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Hotel is super nice and very clean. My only suggestion is more lighting in the room, but the rest of the hotel was well lit. We'll definitely stay here again!

We thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, the free breakfast is a Holiday Inn Express offering. As a full service Holiday Inn our restaurant cooks all order fresh as opposed to the pre-cooked Express options.

Nice quiet rooms in Atrium. Clean lobby and rooms. Not much curb appeal, kind of in industrial looking area. Have stayed here before for appts. at Barnes Jewish Hospital Creve Coeur. Super close to hospital and right off I-270 interstate. Wish they offered a free breakfast but they do have a restaurant on site.

A nice place to stay
The Holiday Inn St. Louis - Creve Coeur seemed to be a new hotel. From exterior to interior, it looked new-ish and modern; however, the interior looked a bit cheap-ish. The hotel was located in a deep corner but adjacent to I-270. It was a bit isolated, good word for quiet but bad word for deserted. The front desk guy was friendly and cordial; to sign and deposit for any damage gave me a red flag on what happened to the hotel to have such a policy. The room was comfortable with TV channels (but no guide), fridge (but no freezer function), microwave (did not try), coffee maker (very good). Not sure whether internet was offered. I tried the available IHG network but it was not working. The bathroom was equipped with Dove hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion; I hope the pump surfaces were cleaned after each room cleaning. The room was equipped with USB plugs (e.g. for cell phone charging), very convenient. The room furniture was mobile but without wheels. Sliding a console table could damage the carpet, it needed lifting. The carpet seemed clean but already was worn-out. The walls looked clean but already had damage markings and chipped paint. The room door and bathroom door were metal and heavy, excellent to conceal fire in a location if happened. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I did not try the hotel’s sport bar and eatery. In the elevator, there was a poster advertising a sport meal – a bucket of chicken and Budweiser beer.

Hotel seems relatively new and updated. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed (Keurig in room). Location was nice and easy to navigate (using Google Maps). We'll be back!

Waited in a line to check in over 30 minutes. Several patrons reservations on sites like hopper or hotels.com weren't showing at the hotel. In stead of dealing with them separately, everyone else had to wait. I also have NEVER had to pay a $50 incidental fee...especially when i had a room with a broken shower door and a bathroom without a fan or a door that stayed open. WILL NEVER stay here again.

I'm sorry you had to wait at check in. In this case we had many check ins to arrive. I always recommend you make your reservations through the brand web site, you should find the rates competitive or better with all the IHG One Reward benefits and none of the issues that may occur with these 3rd party sites..

Our room was clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn.The location was very convenient to all our activities, right off 270. The only problems were that the door to the bathroom was extremely heavy and hard to open. There was also 1 ply toliet paper.

This is a very clean hotel. Rooms are quiet. Beds are great. No complimentary breakfast, was surprised by this. There is a restaurant and you have to buy your breakfast.

As a full service Holiday Inn we have a restaurant & bar on property. It is those limited service hotels such as the Express that offer the limited, often precooked breakfast bars. Ours is cooked hot & fresh to order.

For a new hotel, it was a very strange set up, lots of fire doors, the bathroom door in our room was a fire door, with an automatic close function , and hit you as you walked into the bathroom. For a new hotel, it looked like it was renovated old apartment complex
