The staff was pleasant and attentive. The interior of the building was fine but the external upkeep of the property was not done very well. It looked run down and uncared for.

Very, very dirty. I'm certain that our room wasn't even cleaned between check-ins. We left and got a room elsewhere. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

the location was convenient. the carpet was very dirty, the shower door was wrong and leaked all over the floor and the fire detector did not have a battery (wires were hanging)

A maintenance issue occurred during my stay where water started leaking from the room above. The manager got me a very nice room on the second floor so I was very pleased with that. The main level room was not as nice as second floor

My fiancé and I enjoyed the hottub, and I had a great time swimming in the pool (we got the area all to ourselves). Breakfast was nice- we stayed a Saturday-Sunday morning, and were excited to find biscuits and gravy Sun. morning in the breakfast area! Receptionist was so nice and accommodating; however, housekeeping was a joke. If you want to check in at the scheduled check-in time, that probably won’t happen. Upon check-in (we got here close to 3:30 pm- check-in is at 2pm), there was three other guests in front of us. All of us were told we’d probably have to wait an hour or so before we could get to our rooms because they hadn’t been cleaned yet. We decided to stay an extra night and found housekeeping staff sitting on a bed in one of the rooms watching TV and gossiping. This happened around 1:30 PM, and no rooms had been cleaned yet… Aroud 7:30 PM we went to get supper, and they were still cleaning rooms on the first hall. I’m just saying, if you want a quick and easy check-in, this may not be the greatest destination.

At first I thought it was a cute little room til I noticed there were stains on the comforter cover and under that the comforter was ripped all around the edges. Not little tears, very large ones. The pillow cases were dirty, the floor was disgusting, next to and behind the mini fridge was a very thick layer of dust, the toilet paper holder was missing one of the things on the wall to hold it, the shower head was filthy, the caulking was almost moldy looking, above the bed a hanging picture was completely missing but the holders were in the wall where it was supposed to be, there were cracks in the walls and to top it off half of the bed was legitimately broken. The “breakfast” is a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, biscuits with gravy and toast/pastrys along with coffee, lemonade, OJ and apple juice. The parking lot was full of potholes that were not easy to navigate around. Staff were super nice and friendly though.

The type of people that hang around the exterior area made me feel really uncomfortable. I went over to the service station and there was a group of people lurking around, I felt unsafe. I felt like they were going to try and rob me. I did tell the cashier in the store and he went out and told them to leave, some of them did. Others just lurked around both properties. I was very uncomfortable checking into the hotel. The male clerk at the hotel, acted like he was high or something, visiting on the phone the entire time , and actually fell out of his chair. He did this while checking me in. He kept repeating himself over and over. The entire situation left me very uncomfortable. There is no security for the property. The day staff were awesome. The breakfast was good. It’s a good cost effective hotel, other than the lack of security, and a questionable night clerk, and the area around the facility.

It was clean and staff were friendly and reservations and check in were hassle free. The beds were cheap uncomfortable and the carpet needs replaced (its clearly old) as well as there was red juice (or blood) splattered all over the ceiling. It was not bad, but it wasnt excellent either.

This hotel is right beside a casino/store and there are potholes in the driveway. What I didn’t like I stay on the first floor and it did seem like the old it looked like the regular sleep in as far as the comforters and what was on the bed, but it was all, I wasn’t sure if I could cut my AC off because I didn’t want to start coming out of somewhere. sometimes when you go through a third-party that your room is trash because normally when I book through my Clarion rewards my room look great. There is a bad disconnect with that do better for your third-party booking

After reading reviews after i booked the hotel, I was a little nervuous, but all in all it was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. The only negative is that the refrigerator didnt work. Good thing we had a cooler with ice.

Do not book this hotel! The pictures are deceiving. It’s clear that they tried to use some paint and wallpaper to disguise this run down hotel. Our check in was fine. We were placed on the 2nd floor. When we got to our room it was TINY. The bathroom toilet seat was up and there was urine on the underside of the seat. On top of the seat was either urine or vomit. The floor in the bathroom was urine stained. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. We contacted the front desk and the staff said they would call back to accommodate our request for a new room that was clean. We waited but ended up booking a different hotel and had a much better experience!

Quiet but friendly receptionist. I had to ask specific questions on breakfast, pool hours etc. unpacked in our room and then found depends underwear still in the bathroom garbage. Furthermore, my son opened the closet to look for a blanket and the door came off its hinges and hit him in the head and left a good mark.

The room was in need of repair badly. Furniture was in poor condition, toilot dispenser was broken, carpets buckling and picture missing off the wall even though the hooks were still there. WIFI was non existant. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable. We will not be staying there ever again.

I liked the various amenities. The breakfast was very good with lots of offerings. The gym, pool, and hot tub. The cleanliness of the room. The lotion was all gone from the little packet but I figure the one who used it up needed it more than me. ;) Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. The pillows were plenty and very comfy. It was the middle of the night before I remembered that I was the one who needed to set the temperature in the room but that was on me. It warmed right up once I did, lol. Thank you for a very nice stay!!

Not a Good Stay
Was unfortunately not a good stay. The room while being repainted was still run down, beds old and uncomfortable. Odd sliding pocket door on bathroom that made it impossible not to wake everyone when you used it. hot tub jets broken, out of coffee and the state of the breakfast room made me turn around without grabbing anything. There was 6 inches of packed snow around the property due to not plowing when there was none anywhere welse on the attached business lots.

I called ahead to see if the hot tub was operational, staff said yes. Room was booked. Upon arrival staff said to not touch the newly painted walls. The problem was there was a crew in the process of painting the main hallway. It was quite a mess. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they were painting. The crew was done @7:00 pm and had everything cleaned up. It was just disappointing to have not been told when I was on the phone with the staff member the day before arrival. Otherwise, most likely 4.5 stars.
