The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. It was also nice having a take along breakfast for early morning travel to the airport. The airport shuttle was on time and fast. We also enjoyed the lounge outside of the pool where we were able to spread out our work papers on a table and get some much needed paper work done. The only negative of the stay was that the hot tub was the cool temperature of the pool and they never fixed it during our 3 day stay. My companion and I both have health issues that a hot tub helps with and was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Not having the advertised hot tub was a health inconvenience for us.

Pool and hot tub both down for maintenance. Big reason we chose this property. Maybe they could have told us ahead of time about the maintenance and we could’ve found another place with those (important to us) amenities. No discount offered for lack of these amenities. Front desk agent told me about the pool and hot tub right AFTER I signed the check in agreement. Uuggg. However…. Nice place otherwise.

On the 6th set of keycard in less than 2 days. As they said at the front desk, I’m not the first and won’t be the last. Apparently the keycards fails almost every time which is an issue if you leave your room and want to come back ever. And the set of card I’m using now takes 20-30 tries each time I want to come in My room. Apparently that is as good as it gets based on what managers at the front desk. Otherwise the property is okay.

Very clean and fairy quiet. Little bit out of they way for food options with no microwave in rooms. Nor a restaurant onsite although they do offer a breakfast in the mornings in the dining room. Counter staff are not overly helpful on arrival. Courtesy buses are great. Overall we had a pleasant 4 day stay.

All was great except 2 things... 1) as good as the food was, some (not all) of the hot food tasted heated up instead of cooked, and 2) wifi in my room towards the back was consistently worse than in the lobby, making work difficult - and at times impossible - to accomplish.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. staff was great, the only issue we had was that my key cards would deactivate if they came close to any cellular device or rfid device. I think I had to get my card reprogrammed over 10 times during my stay. The hotel has a 3am -6 am cold breakfast for early risers/people with early flights, and also a substantial hot breakfast from 6-9:30, consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, pancakes, corned beef hash, etc. would highly recommend!

It was over 80 degrees in the room when I got in it at 10 pm, so it was quite a long time to get it cool enough to fall asleep. I also booked a king bed and got two doubles.

Very nice place for the price. The staff were all friendly and the room was clean and well kept. Fairly modern building and breakfast was good too. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood but it’s also only about 10 minutes from the airport and rental car facility which is a nice perk. Will stay here again on my next visit to Seattle

Location was convenient as it was close to the airport but the room’s first impression wasn’t the best. I asked front desk for a playpen they said they would double check and call me back. They never called me back. As a traveling family that really was a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family.

The bathroom had ants in it. we had to lay down towels on the washroom floor just to use it as there were initially right when we enter the room about five spotted. The room had a lot of dust everywhere, and we actually had to go out to the grocery store and buy antibacterial spray just to spray our bed sheets and the curtains. The curtains in the rooms are partially transparent so people can see in if they look hard enough. The phones in the room do not work. You can call the front desk and you can hear them, but they cannot hear you. The rooms are very humid and musky. If you have allergies or any skin conditions like eczema, I definitely would not recommend staying here. The front desk staff was not very kind, they did not know how to greet customers and we’re not very clear while speaking, and it came across as them being annoyed at us. Definitely would not recommend for families or couples. It appears and is more like a truck stop hotel. Only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast.
