This is 2 to 3 star hotel. Smells horrid everywhere you go like if you where living inside a Fried Chicken Joint. Human hair in the bathroon. No complimentary water and instant coffee. Bad taste in decoration though the facilities has a lot of potential. Never going back.

Convenient and safe. Fuss-free. But room had some issues - tv didn’t work. Bathroom vent very loud. Hotel didn’t have a whole lot of facilities but I didn’t mind. No regrets.

i payed for the room in advance and the hotel employees tryed to make me pay cash to them and would not admit me to the hotel and refused to refund my room i was put in the street in a city i am not from shame on icon and its staff

Not a bad stay given a hiccup check in
Good location and great selection of buffet breakfast. Staff all polite and nice, especially at the front office area. However there were no basic toiletries e.g. cotton buds, body lotion given the price we paid. When reserved the room the price was shown in Australian dollars but when checked in, we had to pay in US dollars which might not be the same rate when we booked in. Not happy about this.

Loverly hotel located in a safe neighborhood called Las Condes. Icon Hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but one can easily get there with Metro Red Line. It only takes about 20 mins. SKYCLUB23, Icon Hotel's rooftop bar, was great and our group spent the whole evening there twice!

This hotel is located in a lovely walkable area. There is a shopping centre across the street and nearby restaurants. The staff are wonderful - especially the front desk staff. They helped us with arranging transportation and with some other issues. The rooms are gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows and lovely views. The sky club area is smaller than it looks in the photos. The new Italian restaurant downstairs is amazing!!!

Javiera at the front desk was marvelous. All the staff were excellent. The roof pool, restaurant, and entertainment were more than we expected. There’s a fine outdoor food court and the subway a short walk away. The room was a real value.

I think this hotel is over rated. We got a deal and it was still not worth the price we paid. There is no standard information shared about facilities that is easy to find, some of the staff were unhelpful - we were ignored multiple times throughout the stay. The attention to detail is poor for what is supposed to be a four star hotel. The pool area only opens at 10:30 and is tiny - there were less than 10 sun beds for the whole hotel, and they barely get full sun because of the frames they have added to put cover over the area. The pictures of the rooftop are now out of date and there are railings around the pool. If you’re wanting to relax in the sun, which was our intention, this is not the hotel for you. It was fine but I honestly would not recommend.

The hotel is very well located, steps from the metro station and in a very safe neighborhood. The staff was very nice and easygoing . The rooms very nice, the only problem was the shower, very difficult to calibrate the hot water There is a safe in the room and the hotel is modern and comfortable

Some good, some annoyances.
Some good things were the amazing view from the room, the rooftop bar, and the early checkin. But there were problems. You need a reservation to use the spa sauna and hot tub, which was not explained initially. The breakfast buffet is awful (hot food wasn’t hot) and very overpriced. And then the breakfast restaurant did not send our bill before we checked out and the hotel has badgered us for their mistake. Also, be aware the hotel is very far from most of the tourist attractions, and the subway ride was about 30 mins to reach the museums.

Marvelous Send Off
We stayed here our last night in Chile after returning from Valparaiso. This was the perfect place for us to wind down after an amazing time in Chile. Staff and stay was great and the newly upgraded Italian restaurant was magnificent. 5 stars for sure.
