The only thing I concerned was when I asked a guy alone in the evening at front desk for an extension for next day, he said no room available. But next day afternoon a lady at reception immediately extended my stay in the same room for another day as I wanted.

Nice view, clean, good water pressure on shower, guess friendly, close to everything but for the walking street is completely to the other side.

Sea view great, but...
Checked in easily. Went up to room. Room smelled and was tired and worn out. Room wasn't particularly clean. Later I spotted a roach in the bathroom. Went down to reception and used google translate (reception couldn't speak English) to explain. Gave me another room which was cleaner and more undated, also still had the sea view, which was great. So, get google translate sorted and if the room is smelly ask for another. Oh, the mobile signal is not very good around the hotel. Staff are nice.

The property very outdated. At least from the early 90s. They wanted to charge me for one extra pillow and a blanket. They did change me for a broken toilet seat that was already fragile and 500 more baht for numerous things that I didn’t even bother to get ignored buy asking why. Ac until ran freezing or warm and bed cardboard. But it was cheap so I got what I paid for, a crappy hotel room.

Not so impressive
So so..the room is bit old and you can smell cigarette in the room which is not good for our 2 children breathe in. The front desk staff is not so welcoming..prefer not to bool there anymore.

Have had better for less .
Overall a good hotel in a good location , very close to beach and easy to get around from there ,nice outside pool , great staff , sign in and sign made easy . The hotel has a nice spa , good restaurant, and a sizeable food store . We had a large room but the furniture was lacking and what was there was old stained and needed changing, poor excuse for beds . Washroom needed to be renovated some black mold .

Hotel Room unfavorable.
Dear Sir, The Hotel is located at north Pattaya zone and beach front. This Hotel is a service apartment which hotel guest is occuplied from 7th floor to 10th floor. And we are assigned to 7th floor room. Upgrading work/ noise was heard from 8th floor which was under renovation and the lobby staff had not told us during check in. Unfavorably, we changed to different room/ same floor which was most quiet. The room is big and old. Small fly (numerous) seen inside shower room, where the fly comes from? OMG, a Centipede was seen at bottom of shower mirror which was finally killed by me. The Hotel has gym and swimming pool which we chose this hotel. The pool area has sea view and the pool water has kept cool temperature in day. The buffet breakfast variety are yummy and in good ambiance. The Hotel staff has seldom smiling face interaction. The Hotel WIFI is easily log in and in good signal. This is an aging service apartment which needs major upgrading work. I will consider to stay this hotel if quality of customer service and hotel outlook have improved.

Mycket nöjd. Utsikten från hotellet; balkongen och läget är mycket bra. Rummet och städningen också mycket bra. Finns inte något dåligt värt att skriva om. Definitivt mitt favorithotell i Pattaya.

We got a room on 7th floor, the room overall was big but it seems no one had lived there for over a few years. The pictures in the add was not like the real deal in my opinion.

Bekvämt
Mycket trevlig och bekväm vistelse. En bra pool och nära till stranden betyder mycket. Balkong med utsikt mot vattnet blev flitigt använd. Bättre skick på allt än vad jag förväntade mig. Var här i December och behövde knappt använda luftkonditionering då det fläktar skönt från havet.

眺めが良いホテル
いつもは隣のサンダレーに宿泊してますが今回はマークランド を初めて利用。海が見えるプールとバルコニーからの眺めも最高でした。

위치가 좋아서 여행하기 괜찮아요
지난번에도 묶었던곳이라 예약했구요. 위치는 참 좋아요~체크인할때 디바짓1000바트 받는데 체크아웃할때 잘 돌려줍니다. 아침식사는 10시까지이나 9시40분에가니 다 치우고 토스트와 몇가지만 있으니 너무 늦게가지마시구요.알람이 안 울어서 늦게 일어나서 알게되었네요 ㅎ 수영장 뷰도 좋고 좋아요~ 다만 시설이 오래되서 화장실문에 페인트가 벗겨져서 자꾸 떨어지고 침대서랍에서 바퀴벌레가 매일 한마리씩 나와서 인사하는통에 가슴이 철렁했네요. 제가 묶을때 성수기라 이 호텔도 겨우 한자리 남아 예약했는데요.작년에 비해 너무 비싸긴했어요.
