Was just ok for me. Everything you/they need is there, but personal touches and friendliness didn’t seem to be. The balcony railing was scarily small, maybe 2 feet tall, and at 6-8, I was scared to enjoy it on the 16th floor. When requesting a taxi, hotel’s partner taxi service was blatantly overcharging us, so we arranged our own.

The horror stories are true
The hotel was old, unorganized, our door was broken. They issued breakfast cards, that they’d stamp on, lol.

Pet friendly hotel
We went there with a dog and it was perfect for our pet. Everything was well organised, we had dinner together and we used the pool also. The accommodation has a pet friendly zone so you can enjoy almost everything with your pet.

The location was OK, there were stores nearby and their restaurant, Surf and Turf had great food. Some disappointing facts: the WIFI was lousy, dropped off every device every 10 minutes! The staff did not know any English, beach seats were wooden, not adjustable. Hotel was full of Russians. Breakfast was served but food was bad quality and tasteless. Room was clean, but showers were in very bad condition.

Comfortable space in Russian Thailand
Staff is incredible friendly and helpful. The rooms have a great view. The bathrooms are wonderful. I loved my stay so much I extended an extra day. Wonderful resort.

A satisfactory hotel but uninspiring location.
Long Beach Garden Resort in North Pattaya, Thailand is a spacious, clean hotel with good amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice beach area and large, attractive swimming pool with waterfalls landscaping. The rooms are very nice, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. The nearby area is an older part of Pattaya, and is quite a ways from the airport bus station. It does not have a great selection of restaurants and bars, and is not close to the draws of Walking Street, Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach. However, they are accessible by cheap (10 THB/30 cents US) open air truck taxis. Hired taxis are expensive. The buffet breakfast costs extra but is the average fare: nothing special. The swimming pool and beach do not have access for those who are mobility challenged, rather there are many steps to climb! If you need to stay in this area for business, it is a satisfactory place to stay, but if you want to see the main attractions, stay closer to Pattaya or Jomtien beaches. It is a big draw for tour company accommodation, especially for those tourists from Russia, China and Korea.

All the staff (excluding cleaners) in this Hotel are appalling. They have zero concept of customer service or hospitality and are rude, disinterested if asked a question & if pressed for help or answers become aggressive.

Used the hotel for an overnight stay only and never been there or seen it before. I was pleasantly surprised to see a well established building that looked (and felt) like it had seen days of grandeur, with a tall spacious entrance and reception area. The lower gardens and swimming pool looked very nice, with access the beach area. I would however, make a note that I only saw steep steps down to those lower areas so anyone physically handicapped should first check if there is an alternative way to them. A very good restaurant by the beach in the affiliated premises next door. At my time of arrival the reception was busy but never-the-less the staff were pleasant and handled things professionally. Checkout was smooth and efficient.

We only spent one night at the hotel, hence the next day we spent by relaxing on the beach having a massage, drinking cocktails. Everything offered by the hotel was good quality with affordable prices, would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you would like to stay a bit away from the heat of the central pattaya. PS: watch out for jellyfish.

Old but spacious room
The stay is fine. Live music in the evening but kind of noisy for early sleepers. Decoration is old but the room is spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and you can have a good view of the pattaya beach.

The hotel is big but old and far away and doesn't have good facility, swimming pool is poor about towel, Wi-Fi is always limited, Stuff doesn't know English.at night water is not enough warm for shower. and some guest was confused about guest charge by hotel 800 Bat for a night always surprising by mosquito. I never back to this hotel for any cost.

when I went in they told me my room was being renovated and they will have to move me to the other hotel which was just around the corner ,, this was fantastic ,, my own pool right next to the back door very spacious room near the beach awesome,,

Huone deluxe-siivessä oli tilava ja siisti. Läpinäkyvät kylpyhuoneen ovet olivat hieman kiusalliset. Hotellissa oli heikko äänieristys, erityisesti käytävältä kuuluivat kaikki äänet selkeästi. Aamupala oli runsas, mutta pidempään viivyttäessä hieman yksitoikkoinen. Yksityisranta oli melko pieni ja ahdas, eikä sieltä saanut käytännössä koskaan rantatuoleja niiden ollessa jatkuvasti varattuina (vaikka varaaminen oli säännöissä erikseen kielletty). Sama ilmiö toistui altaan aurinkotuolien kanssa. Henkilökunta ei puuttunut tuolien röyhkeään varaamiseen, tai mihinkään muuhunkaan vieraiden huonoon käytökseen. Hotellin läheisyydessä on useita ruokakauppoja sekä ravintoloita. Pattayan keskustaan oli käytännössä kuljettava taksilla tai muulla kulkupelillä, se ei ollut kävelyetäisyydellä. Nähtävyyksistä Sanctuary of Truth on kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellilla oli palvelu, josta sai pyyhkeet päiväksi lainaan lähtiessään retkelle. Kuntosali oli riittävä, joskin hieman ahdas. Hotellin pihapiirissä olevasta Yua coffeesta sai laadukkaita espressojuomia. Hotellin rannassa oleva Surf n Turf-ravintola oli ok mutta kovin kallis. Ps. Hotellihuoneessa olevia saippua- ja kosteusvoidepurkkeja EI saa ottaa mukaansa, tai niistä joutuu maksamaan. Tätä ei oltu missään ilmoitettu.
