From check-in to check out the staff at this property were phenomenal. When we checked in the lady that checked us in gave us suggestions of some kid friendly activities around the area. She was very informative about the amenities at the hotel. The hot breakfast was delicious and they had a very large variety to choose from. The room was clean upon check-in and the smell was refreshing the beds are comfortable everything worked as it should. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the western Omaha area.

The staff is very friendly and willing to work to make you happy. The breakfast was over and above expectations in a clean comfortable environment to sit and eat. The pool area is a bit scary with paint on the walls bubbling and hanging. The hot tub was a bit dangerous as it had two parts on the bottom that stuck causing myself and others to trip over while going in and out (weird). My room was comfortable, the ceiling lights in the bathroom were out but the staff attended to it quickly the next morning.

Stay here quite a bit and just seems like things are falling into disarray, darkening shade was broke and just bent up and jammed in window opening to somewhat be open to allow light, the convenience store they have, I expect to certainly pay more for items at a hotel lobby store but good lord, they certainly take advantage of the captive audience price gouging! Overall in past this has been a very nice hotel, maybe it was just my turn to get the dump of the hotel this time

Staff for breakfast and front desk were FANTASTIC especially Monique. She needs a raise. However, room was very dirty. The hotel area and parking lot need work desperately and poorly lit. The breakfast tables stayed dirty. The food at breakfast was hit or miss. Old fruit, soggy over watered oatmeal, greasy potatoes and dry hard sausage patties to name a few.

The bathroom was filthy and the floor was disgusting and moldy, the beds were full of hair and I'm still getting the runaround on a refund even though we left and went to another hotel without staying the night. Their latest claim is that "they don't have a manager" so there's apparently no one to talk to about the situation, even though I had already spoken with the manager twice. Hampton and Hilton should be embarrassed of this place.
