Very polite and helpful staff, they fixed the small issues we had, without a quibble.
Breakfast is expensive at £16 per person, but it’s ok for the price.
Was not the first time and we will be back for sure.

Nice location with on site parking. Staff are nice.
But the room hygiene is not too good there's unpleasant smell in the toilet and the indoor air quality is bad as well making us hey fever all day.
Place for breakfast is crowded but the food is not bad

The hotel was nice but the room we stayed in was noisy as it was right by the road and the car park, it was not ideal for young children. The sofa bed was ripped and not very comfortable.

Mot that close to anything but easy to get a taxi. Pool was very full and you needed to book space. No swimming lane. Lots of kids jumping in. Bed was comfy. I booked a disabled room which was only up about 8 steps but the lift was out of action. Basic TV Stations. Restaurant was ok but soulless, you need to eat before 9 for breakfast and before 9 for dinner. All round ok for a night or maybe 2?
Staff needs better training. As we were having a dinner in the bar area (with 2 kids age 5&8) a horrible drunk loud man entered the lobby looking for trouble. LOADS of shouting and swearing (F… C… loads of upsetting words). Kids were terrified and frankly the staff was too. It’s not their thought but they should be trained better for situations like that. I ended up getting in that muddy situation to say that if they won’t do anything I will call the police. Girls could not sleep the following night as they were worried the horrid man would find us. Great location, good value so massive shame about the situation.

Good for the price. Hotel looking a bit tired but fine; pool is busy but sauna really not very hot. Dinner menu expensive but decent food; breakfast fine. Staff friendly.
Generous sized rooms.
Separate toilet from the en-suite bathroom is either a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your preference I guess.
Needs plug sockets near the bed, and USBs would be good.
Shower is very weak.
We stayed in room 110 and the toilet was smelling of urine really really bad. We ignored the first day thinking when they clean it the next day it would be gone, but no it was still very bad. Told the hotel staff and they offered to move us but it was late as my kids already sleeping, guess should’ve mentioned it the first instant of using the toilet. Overall the stall was nice.
