My room was on the first floor. Check in was excellent. I was referred to ole joes restaurant on the property, fantastic! And breakfast was good enough to try again. I used the hair dryer in the bathroom and the iron and ironing board. It was good for a few nights. 5/12-5/14/2024

Noisy neighbors which is dependent on guests that are staying there. The restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel had very poor service.

Very dirty and smelly, tv did not work, pool was completely empty. Parking lot was behind property and marked park at own risk review rating of 8.2 was not accurate in any way.

Well the pillow cases look like they have mascara smeared on them and the sheets have stains on them. Ill not bathe before getting in this bed, Ill need it after. Need pictures?

Very helpfull and nice staff, rooms are good and very clean but they must invest in new airconditioners. Love the snacks, drinks, coffee and essentials machines.

Good value for money, excellent, courteous staff. The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Clean, though cleaning services were not as consistent. However, cleaning staff was very polite. We had a couple of noisy nights, mostly late checking in people. The area is near the airport, and there are some good dining options. Visit the sports bar co-located with the hotel, it is a must. For our long stay, there were no supermarkets nearby.

My family and I stayed here for only one night before taking a cruise. The airport shuttle that was promised never showed up. After standing at the shuttle pickup at the airport for an hour and a half, we had to spend $61 on an Uber to get to this hotel. Then a few days after we checked out, they took an extra $10 out of my bank account because they said we stole a towel. We never stole a towel or anything else. We barely had room in our bags for what we flew to Florida with already and we would have never taken anything from anywhere for any reason. They are liars and I will NEVER stay at another Ramada for any reason !!! It’s awful that they can say anything they want and take out any money they choose to and there is nothing we can do as customers to dispute. They never even apologized or offered to reimburse us for our Uber ride after there shuttle never showed up. When we managed to get to this hotel, there were two of their shuttles just sitting there in the front of the hotel with no driver in them. They are not only liars but frauds too since they advertise free shuttles..

Overall, a nice airport hotel. The shuttle only runs on the top of the hour, so a potential for a long wait at the airport if the timing is bad. You can book a shuttle to the cruise port for a charge through a third-party company. Definitely worth the price considering the other options available close by.
