It is good value for money. It is a good place to stay for the price. It is a little quirky though. Not very clean.

The place looks a bit sketchy from the outside but it is better inside. The problems we had that caused us to find another place while we were in Mexico already were: The places offer things that weren’t working. It offers a fridge but in our apartment wasn’t working, offers hot water but not even for one shower, you jump in the shower and after a few minutes the water turns cold as ice. The place also offers washer but you can’t use it. But the worst thing that happen to us was that my wife couldn’t get out of the apartment because the door latch was defective and she couldn’t get it to open from the inside. She had to wait for me to comeback and open the door from the outside with the key. Oh i almost forgot the couches were filthy dirty! There is no way someone in their right mind will stay in a place like this if the problems aren’t fixed. Now the positive side was that Ernesto the manager was a gentlemen and offered me a refund even though it was late for me to request it in the app. He told me to call expedia and let them know that i was gonna get my refund approved if they called him. So i chatted with an agent in expedia and they got my refund approved

We loved our stay here. The fact that there is a kitchen space and eating area made all the difference. All other spaces are regularly maintained and cleaned. Breakfast is served fresh and hot.

Our first time in Mexico - a wonderful hotel, people and staff incredibly friendly. Beautiful rooftop and sitting areas. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Hard to find on the outside, but if I had read the PDF file they sent better, I think I would have found it easier.

Interesting, quirky place - more a hostel than a hotel. Plastic covered pillows and mattresses, not super comfortable. Not a tourist area - walk 6 blocks to subway. Family friendly cafes in the area all shut around 6pm and it felt a bit edgy after dark, with no restaurants i. walking distance. All made up for by super friendly and helpful staff and a lovely breakfast

Great property, especially for the price point. The staff was lovely and my partner and I met some lovely people that were staying there as well. I think my only complaint would be the bathroom cleanliness at times, sometimes it smelled very badly and the urinals especially had still matter in them. The beds were 4/10 for comfiness, very firm. Overall, I cannot complain for the price point and the area was walkable to main sights.

This is a Hostel. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bath, laundry and living room. It was extremely clean. The furniture had a few stain but was comfortable. Management used a translation app. on his phone.Breakfast was great. We felt safe. There was a party goings-on the last day and was still going full blast when we ckecked out a 4 am.

My stay was very pleasant. I was able to enjoy a warm breakfast in the morning and the staff on the property was friendly and accommodating. Everything was easy to walk to and transportation is nearby. I would recommend this location.

La experiencia fue maravillosa, un lugar muy acogedor. El personal es sumamente atento y amables, el SEÑOR SERGIO es sumamente amoroso y esta pendiente de todas las persona. Desayunos muy tipicos y deliciosos. Definitivamente se los recomiendo. PD sí no te importa tener agua caliente, este lugar es perfecto para ti.

The place is old needs to be very very dip clean inside the rooms and walls .outside the place looks like a unsafe area and durty. Breakfast is not good .pay a few more dollars and go somewhere also if you can..but if you are on a budget this can be a 2 start place to go to.

I have never stayed at a hostel and really did not know what to expect. We decided to go with this property because of the cost and the positive reviews. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit and with the location in general. We were able to park our car in the attached garage and coming and going was very easy. But what made our stay truly great was the hospitality of the staff. Ernesto, Sergio and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely be staying at this location again.
