This is a great hotel that’s really conveniently located. Rooms are lovely and clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy and free and the overall property is a great contemporary style. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s my go-to when I need to stay in the area.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in the Beer republic taven being ask to leave because they wanted the table we were sitting at for someone else even though we had been there for over an hour. Never ever will we stay there again and we will make sure all my business friends and our friends will know of what happened. Utterly disgusting.

The staff were lovely and welcoming and were able to accommodate us for an upgrade to our room after 8:30pm one night. Lovely quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still close to the shops

Kenneth greeted me the desk, once I let Kenneth know I was hard of hearing, he took the time to call me in the room to let me know my partner was coming up so I wouldn't miss their knocking.... Absolutely wonderful, never had that before.

Not worthy of a 4star hotel
Laundry service does not match the written document. Will take 2 days and you have to go to reception to hand over and pick up. Ordered folded and that was what they also had crossed on their notes but came on hangers. Card reader in lift most of the time very difficult to get cards read.

We were pleasantly greeted at check-in by the on duty Manager, as well as late checkout was accommodated by the evening on duty Manager. Likewise the checkout was also without delays. Very impressed by the friendliness of staff and the services. We definitely will stay at Mantra Epping, VIC. again, as well as recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 5 star accommodation and 4 star prices.
