Great location overlooking the marina. Only a 10-15min walk to the cathedral area and old town. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants. Public transport also easily accessible from hotel. Breakfast was good value with great choice. Staff friendly and informative. A very enjoyable short stay.

Stayed here for partners birthday in January. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are great. Very modern and fresh looking. Staff were great. We came back to the hotel when the weather got a bit overcast and enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony with a pitcher of sangria. This was a great experience with the sun beating through the conservatory like construction when there was a break in the cloud. Beds were spacious and fresh Linens and towels were fresh and soft Lovely location I can imagine the hotel would be beautiful in peak weather overlooking the harbour with a glass of sangria on the balcony. Would strongly recommend a stay here. One of the nicest hotels you could wish to find

Although new roadworks were going ahead outside the hotel it didn’t put off the fact the area was stunning with a wide variety of places to visit.. We are looking at coming back again for sure and staying longer.. Beautiful friendly people and area palms town is stunning..

This property was very beautiful and in a great location. The pool was way too cold to swim in and the hot tub was not very hot but maybe thats just because we were there in the off season. Other than that everything was great

Great Hotel - Good value Me and my 3 daughters stayed at Hotel Costa Azul for 2 nights in December. The hotel is well located overlooking the harbour. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost about 22 euros. Our triple room was a good size, clean and modern. We were on the 7th floor and there was no street noise. The bathroom was well proportioned and had the usual toiletries. the room had a Kettle and a generous amount of complimentary teas/coffee/water and cordial. The hotel has an indoor pool, gym and jacuzzi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we were particularly delighted to see halal food close by. The old town is a 20 minute easy walk and there is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk as well. we really enjoyed our short stay in Palma. it's a lovely city. good shopping and beautiful with all the Christmas lights. if you want authentic churros, then head to Playa Estacion. there were about half a dozen vendors in food trucks, making them fresh and better than any cafe i've had at. I'd definitely like to return to Palma and Hotel Casa Azul.

Es un hotel excepcional. Tiene una vista increíble y esta localizado en un lugar muy estratégico. Nos enamoramos de este hotel. Desafortunadamente durante nuestra estadía, la ciudad habas estado haciendo una remodelación de la via maritima y eso entorpeció la entrada y salida al hotel y el parqueo, pero la atención que recibimos del personal del hotel hizo que eso sea un detalle "menor." Volveremos pronto!!!!!!!

This property is located on a principal artery of the city and the window glasses are very thin, so lots of street noises get in. The staff is used to tourists so they don't care. I asked to delay a bit check out and they refused even if it was in the middle of low season and the hotel was empty. Worse coffee and breakfast I had in an expensive hotel.

1 minute to local grocery store, 5 minutes to big supermarket, 2 minutes to selection of restaurants and bars. 20 minutes to the main town. 2 minutes to hop on hop off bus stop. Pool area lovely & quiet when we visited in Oct. Food in hotel (lunch) was really good & also a reasonable price. Would use this hotel again. Let us use the pool & has a courtesy shower available after check out time. All staff were really helpful.

Propery is located in front of the maritime walk. Lots of dining options on the street and easy access to taxis. Tourists attractions are also close if you dont mind walking a little.

A friendly modern hotel a short walk from the City
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. The hotel was a short walk from the city centre and all the sights. There is a long term reconstruction project on the road outside and we could hear the noise of this during the day but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment and obviously the hotel could not control this. We would stay here again if we return to Palma

Fab hotel
Perfect location to explore Palma. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We had a sea view room which was definitely worth the extra money. Would definitely go back.

Amazing stay for our first time in Palma. Front desk staff were so accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Lola who was just so lovely! 😀 Rooms were very clean, pool was a great bonus. Air con great. Great walking distance to city centre too! Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was very average… clean and tidy enough but room wasn’t serviced on 2 occasions and when it was it was very basic no floor cleaning / hoover - the views were just perfect

Lovely hotel and nice to see a mix of families, younger people and older couples. Pool area was nice and the Sun deck. Shame the restaurants on site weren’t open but we think it might have been due to the works going on along the marina. Would definitely stay here again!
