3.5 stars hotel with 5 stars services Had a great stay here for 3 days and 2 nights, as this is managed by Accor so we have been expecting this, love the semi-indoor swimming pool and the water is warm, love it! The breakfast ambiance is good, they are also eco-green so there will be an aqua water tank in every corridor level, on 2nd night I'm having an unpleasant incident on the lift, however, they immediately took follow-up action and asked how I feel, even they treat me beyond expectations. Their staff were very polite and generous, will definitely come back if I have time for a holiday in the near future.

Good stay overall
Had a great stay here. The food was goodand staff were helpful and nice. Our train was very early and we were disappointed that though the room is ready early we had to pay for early check in. We stayed a while so it wouldve been nice if they provided the customer service for early check in. Otherwise rooftop pool is nice but always crowded. The gym was nice and clean. Not many options to eat nearby so we usually ate in restaurant or took taxi for offsite eating

Comfortable hotel
Check in was smooth. Hotel located in easy access to every where in Malang. Food is superb.check out process was quick and prompt. Special mention to Housekeeping lady in 5th floor very friendly staff and accomodating.

1. During check-in i found that even though I booked for 4 ppl in the room, there was only 1 double bed in the room. The two options were to sleep on the couch or pay for additional extra bed. That was not a nice surprise. 2. Ibis Style does not have an adequate system to ensure basic necessity for the room is catered. An example will be the number of towels provided. Ibis provided only 2 towels when clearly there are 4 people staying in the room. When I requested for additional towels, I was advised that this will incur additional charge to which I expressed my strong objection. 3. Room cleanliness is average, it appears that vacuuming of the carpet was not done in a thorough way as I have found evidence of insufficient cleaning of the carpet.

Clean modern good facilities friendly helpful staff BUT the area is sterile. Nothing to see or do in walking distance. If you don’t mind using GRAB to get around town this hotel is a good option but if you prefer to be walking distance to town not good

Affordable comfort
I was in Malang about 3 years, and I think the hotel was under construction then. I like the green style and comfort. The breakfast was good with varieties, and the hotel is in a nice location for a tourist. The towels could be newer, and in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Plain and Inexpensive
We stayed there for two nights. I found the location to be on a really busy street with not much around it to see. The front desk staff were very helpful (especially Mia), but there was a language barrier and miscommunication with other staff members (eg: laundry services). The hotel was plain and the room was clean and small. The outdoor pool was nice but it could get very windy up there. The restaurant food was okay but nothing special. Overall it was a plain inexpensive place to stay.

Good for price, but bad location. OK 4 overnight
Hotel is new. Has everything you need in a minimalist setting, but the location isn't convenient to anything. Had to walk along what is practically a highway to get dinner. Most staff helpful but, they have no city map. OK spot for overnight to Bromo.

Great Hotel
This was my second time at Ibis, was a great stay again. Only complaint was cool bar not working, and after mentioning it twice to staff it was never fixed or replaced. But besides that great hotel in great location.

Love the design and cleanliness
Hotel Max was small but the room size was fine for me. It was clean and bed so comfy. I loved the modern contemporary design and staff was helpful whenever needed. The location was near some nice bakeries, pharmacy, and 2min walk to Alesia metro station where you can reach centre of Paris very easily. The highlight for my kids was McDonald's and KFC around the corner. All and all I'd be back anytime.

Good Located, Clean and Modern Hotel
I spent 2 weeks at the Ibis Styles Malang Hotel, the hotel staff were all polite and pleasant, smiling and friendly. The room was clean and modern and catered well for my needs. The 2 bottles of water they provided every day was a nice touch too, plus how they knocked for laundry and also returned it was very nice of them. The buffet breakfast again can't be faulted, the selection and freshness of the food was perfect. When I do return to Malang, it's highly likely i'll be choosing to stay here again.

A good place to park in Malang
We were very pleased with the hotel despite the fact that there was a power failure on one of the days. we appreciate their good service getting us a connecting room and helping with getting us an excellent driver to transport us to our next destination. We think the management could look into the shower room door which has been constructed with a gap causing an outflow of water on the rest of the toilet area when one showers.

the hotel is ver new and clean but unfortunately when we checked in, no bellboy to help us. breakfast is average, nothing special.

Fantastic Service for budget Hotel
Fresh, clean, budget new hotel @ Malang. The room is quite big for a budget hotel and the facilities like hairdryer, refrigerator, hot water maker is also there. The one that bothers me why there are no locks in bathroom. The breakfast is very good with a lots of menus (I like the croissant the taste is great). The restaurant is semi outdoors, there is kids corner at the restaurant. There is a swimming pool for adult and kids. Beside the swimming pool, you will see a gym. I was a little disappointed that the fees charged are very expensive (Rp 50.000) when my kid accidentally broke a glass when brushing teeth.

Selama menginap cukup baik . Hanya posisi kamar saya pas si sebelah Lift sehingga selalua da bunyi2 dri tek-tok jika liftnya di gunakan Sekedar usulan Untuk Toilet nya si sediakan gantungan untuk pakaian seperti di shower nya
