I didn't like the fact my view was of the back parking structure and the reception was terrible. We Valet parked and those guys were wonderful.

Good morning, I am sorry we did not mee your expectations. At your earliest convenience, if you could provide additional information regarding your stay to ensure we can make the appropriate improvements moving forward.
Pool closes to early (8pm). Can’t turn chairs or life guards tell u to put them back and line them up straight. Just a little bit much and annoying.
No mirrors in room except in bathroom.. so strange!!!’ Not a one!!
Security guards by elevators always pleasant!!! And very helpful!
Too far to walk to monorail.. better areas.
Over all ok!!!! but won’t be back!!’

Great sized room for 2 adults, 2 kids with kitchenette.
Beautiful room and very comfortable.
The smell in the hallway was terrible on arrival but improved by the 3rd day. You could also smell weed seeping out of other nearby rooms into ours.
This was the only let down.

Very comfortable room with an amazing view. The only thing I did not like was a fairly hard sell for their timeshare units which many people are unable to even give away. A polite no thank you was not enough to dissuade them.

No much to complain about, except maybe the walls are thin. I can hear people talking next door. Also, no housekeeping during our 2 night stay.

The room itself was amazing. Great view, spacious, and really nice amenities.
Cons: i dont want to be sold on timeshares while on vacation, the smaller items (pillows, sheets, towels) were not that great (scratchy, flat).

I really enjoyed my stay. The easy access to the interior mall and the Vegas strip was great. When you leave the back of the hotel you are in the middle of all the action. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. The linen for the sofa bed was torn and stained. The room looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. When we let maid services in, they made the bed, replenished the towels and took out the garbage. They didn’t vacuum or clean anything else. There were crumbs under the dining table that stayed. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. It’s family oriented with a great quiet pool area. I plan to stay again!!!!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite as a family of 5 and it was perfect. The room was a "studio" suite attached by conjoining doors to a "one bedroom" suite. We had a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a large seating area. But the best part was the view of the sphere! The kids loved watching the sphere change throughout the day. The kids also enjoyed the projector screen for watching movies and while I wasn't able to connect our tablet's netflix, we found a good movie on the tv guide for the kids to watch. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all so polite and helpful. They accommodated a slightly later checkout and the self-parking was super easy and convenient. I loved that they had guest's scan in their room keys to use the elevator and pool area. We unfortunately didn't get to fully enjoy the pool as it was incredibly windy the entire weekend we were visiting. But the pool area is very nice, lots of seating areas, and always clean and welcoming.
The walk to the strip is very quick - just make sure that when you exit the hotel lobby into the Miracle Miles shopping mall that you turn left (heading right, takes you for a long walk through the entire mall!). You can exit right to the strip without going through the Planet Hollywood Casino floor if you'd like. And you can easily access the pedestrian bridge to the Cosmo/Crystal Mall/Aria or the street crosswalk to the Cosmo/Bellagio. The location and large suites were perfect for our family vacation! Highly recommend.
