It sounds like you were rather disappointed with your experience. Our management will have a look at your review. You are right, currently our restaurants are typically closed between 10 AM and 5 PM or 11 AM and 5 PM. But, the restaurant may expand their hours in the future. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

Our Concierge Floor rooms are the most recently renovated rooms in our hotel. We find that many guests prefer them to our standard rooms. There are only a little more expensive but are also higher, have faster WiFi and come with a continental breakfast. Also, we would be happy to put glasses in your room before you arrive. Feel free to call us again before you arrive and we'll make sure the glasses are in the room before you get there.

The intersection outside our hotel is a little trickier to navigate. But once you get used to it, you can safely cross it without much worry. There are three ways to enter our driveway. The two easiest are from the south or using MacDonald drive. If you must use 101st to enter the driveway we advise you to take your time and make sure you get far enough into the intersection to see down the hill.
