Good 3-night stay; however, the rooms don't have a coffee pot and the first morning I went down to the "24-7" coffee in the lobby at 5am and the coffee in the urn was tepid.

The decor is so cute! The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast hours later than usual hotels which was very exviting. The only problem I experienced was there were hairs all over the bathroom still and I had to clean them up myself. Other than that, it was one of the best hotel stays I've had!

Overall good value. The bed is not firm enough for me. The air conditioner cannot maintain a temperature without switching heat or cool mode. Kinda annoying

The fire alarm went off around 9:15 pm and no staff members were around to direct us out of the building. After around 20 minutes the fire department arrived and the alarm was cut off. Still no personnel of the hotel came out to tell us everything was ok and we could go back in. Also very sparse room ammenities. No cups or glasses in the bathroom for example.

Came in late in the evening after a conference, check-in was a breeze. Room was clean and didn’t smell, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was on par with expectations.

There was no internet and tv connection for the whole duration of our stay due to the storm, they were not able to fix it. It was hard especially if your connection is just limited and you are trying to book museum passes and such.

This property was over priced and due to a storm they had no wi-if or tv services (which is all they boast about). They put me in a room that didn’t have working heat and so k had to change rooms to a smaller room. There was very little room to move around with our bags and nothing to do because nothing worked.

Nice hotel but during my stay there was a thunderstorm where lightning struck and we lost power to the TV, air conditioning unit, the refrigerator compressor blew and we had no hot water the next morning. We asked to be moved into a different room but due to the computer System being down they were Not allowed Pretty unfortunate when you spend $120 a night and you lose all these amenities and there isn’t a back up plan to accommodate their customers. This happened at 2:30 in the morning and they had only one gentleman working who remained very professional And was as helpful as he could be But still very Frustrating for all involved. Staffing all around excellent but service should be more accommodating in times like this

Hotel was decent for the price. The bed was semi comfortable and the room was nice. The only drawback was the sink wasn't working properly. We had to use the tub for hand washing, teeth brushing, and etc. The drain was completely closed! I was given the option to move rooms, but after unpacking and undressing I really didn't have the energy to.

I am from NYC and I stayed in this hotel during my short trip last week. This is by far one of my favorite hotels. Very clean and the staffs are very nice and friendly! Free coffee 24/7 is a plus. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Very clean and big rooms. I didn’t like that they didn’t have any dresser drawers to put your stuff in and there were no closets just weird hooks on the wall and a tiny bar. No microwave or coffee makers in the room and none were even available. We were on the 4th floor and we had to go to the 1st floor to get ice or coffee. They had a choir group there and we never got to eat breakfast because it was so packed you couldn’t even walk into the lobby.

Very nice stay.
It was a short stay, but enjoyable. The room was clean, and spacious. There was a pool table in the lobby and fun to play and have refreshments available. The area was convenient and beautiful as well.

Nice and clean hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The heating system didn't feel like it was working properly. There was cold air coming through a gap in the unit. Staff was not friendly or hospitable. Breakfast was less than stellar, although it was hot. The gal made sure that the coffee cups were stocked, but failed to check to make sure there was coffee at breakfast time. Several guests did not get coffee at the busiest time and when it should have been readily available. Located among office buildings or warehouses and not many food options available within walking distance.
