The staff at this Hotel are exceptional all you need to do is ask and they will accommodate you. The food is excellent the hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The best way I can describe it is a diamond in the rough will definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Creel.

A very relaxing place with an historic vibe on the outskirts of town very peaceful, really professional and nice staff. Really good food aswell. Recommend 10/10

For the area it was decent. Staff was friendly enough and helpful. Rooms are lodge-y BUT there are NO spa services available! They need to delete that part. Breakfast was good and included.

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Hacienda Don Armando’s. Service was great. We celebrated my parents 44th wedding anniversary and with little time notice they made it special. Very accommodating to all our needs. Would recommend this place to stay.

The hotel was beautiful but the room was a mess. There was no A/C and the drain wasn't working. Also there is no secure parking and the breakfast had no variety.

The hotel is really nice, however the staff didn't give us correct instructions as to where the room was. The rooms are named not numbered, so we entered the wrong room. Later as we returned from eating we couldn't get back in the room. No instructions were given as to where the WIFI password was. The parking was on an unsecured dirt lot. BTW the hotel is not finished being built we there was construction materials in both the parking area as well as the end on a balcony. The pool had no water, but the hotel did.

Maravilloso hotel, pero lo más excepcional es el personal que ahí trabaja, siempre atentos y súper amables, el jacuzzi con el agua calientita es muy agradable, cuentan con calefacción en todas las habitaciones y el desayuno es algo DELICIOSO! No están cerca del dentro pero te llevan en una camioneta y van por ti hasta allá.

El hotel muy bonito, huele a pino desde que entras, aunque no está cerca del centro no es impedimento ya que los tours llegan por ti o el hotel te facilita el transporte o haces 7 minutos caminando. El restaurante sirve el desayuno delicioso y los nachos super ricos, las conchas de cortesía deli y tienen buen vino para pasar la tarde noche. Nos encantó, regresaremos.

Todo el personal del hotel es muy amable, el ambiente del hotel es muy tranquilo y la música de ambiente le da un toque especial, las habitaciones estaban en muy buenas condiciones, solo encontramos un detalle que el agua para ducharse tardaba en calentar sobre todo por la noche y la mañana cuando hace más frío, pero en general es un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

El hotel es muy nuevo más moderno que los demás de Creel en perfecto estado , restaurante muy lindo y rico lo único es que queda retirado de la calle principal por lo que si es necesario ir en auto para trasladarte
