The front desk staff on checking out were v vague nice and polite but had no idea how to answer me or understand my Englis...older member tried but trainee just said nothing.l understand he is training of course but to just stare at me like with no attempt to help not reall good and easy v frustrating,sorry🙏😞

Loved the pool
Close to Khaosan Road. Breakfast was tasty but mostly noodles + rice. Loved the pool. Rooms are spacious and quiet

Just need to update their advertisement according to the situation of the hotel at the moment OR renovate and renew most of the old furniture, and improve hospitality, dining, amenities, etc. No coffee and tea in the room, TV are only Thailand channel, towels not smell good. shower was broken and old

Great stay. Perfect location. Rooms are a little bit small. Also the pool was freezing! Not far of a walk into the busy area. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Front desk service staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. The hotel is nice and clean and a large clean swimming pool, restaurant, etc.

Practical and ok.

Bad, dirty over priced hotel
Poor hotel. Checked out early room was awful, smelled and lights didn’t work and was smaller than Advertised. Complained again and got anew room where tv didn’t work. Hotel on busy road and old and dirty. No English channels on tv even if it had worked. Said was 3 star but I would struggle to class as 2 star so over priced. Don not stay here

Hotel is outdated. Does not represent the pictures. Room was very dark, view to old abandon building, mold on bathroom tiles, and mildew smell in the entire Room. Also, 35 min walk to Grand palace and other famous temples.

Nice Hotel with a great pool, near the Royal Palace a great street food. The only negative is that it can be tricky to cross the busy road to get to those tourist areas (but that's life in Bangkok).

Great hotel and good accommodation for vacation. Worth the stay and the price. Clean rooms. Very nice, accommodating and hospitable staff. Good wifi. Relaxing pool and great restaurant. And its very near to Bangkok's tourist spots and landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. You get a nice breakfast, nice swimming pool, and a nice room. The only problem is the WiFi. I had several urgent stuff that required me to use the internet but no luck. I called the lobby and they said i have to wait until tomorrow. and it was like always. Not once.

Clean unpretentious close enough to action
Very friendly staff always happy to help and offer advice. Close to Kau San but far enough away to be separate from noise and clutter. Very basic but functional decor. Breakfast was ok but then that was true of all hotels I stayed in. Don't opt for European fodder the Thai and real fruit choice much better.

Smoke smell and terrible wi-fi
Enter the room and you will smell smoking odor which will make you gag immediately. We also had to kill a dozen or more of mosquitoes because we opened the window to air out. Filthy bathroom and very poor wi-fi service. Would not waste time or money on this place.

Nice hotel, needs improvement
First I was given a terrible room with no hot shower and altogether horrible. Then I was moved to a better room, very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, swimming pool nice but no sunlight as it is in the middle of the building. Reception staff not helpful, forgot my morning call, didn't get me a taxi and very bad English. Still it is in a nice area and I would stay again if they would do some improvement.

Good, quiet location with a nice pool
The hotel was in a nice location if you want to stay around local people, good street food and local temples around. The hotel is basic and small rooms. Bathrooms were poor, water splashes everywhere. However; the pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was also decent. Hotel is a good price and within 20 minute walk from the National Museum and Grand Palace.

Nice cheap hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spoke little English but no problem talking to or understanding. Small but clean room. Great if traveling solo. A little bit of a walk to Khoason Rd. Nice pool. wifi worked great in common areas, but very spotty in room, even though a.p. was located right outside room. May not have been working. Would consider again for a quick stopover. No hand towels are supplied or offered. That was my only real inconvenience.

Not for couples, the surrounding of the Hotel is ugly, the view from my window was uglier, I couldn't open the window. Cleanness and comfort, I would say basic. Compared the price we paid I think it was expensive, if it did include breakfast it might have been ok. The only good thing about the hotel was the swimming pool.

Great breakfast and great pool, at a somewhat pedestrian hotel. The accommodations reminded us a bit of college dorm rooms, but were likeable all the same.
