Can not say enough amazing things about this property! Everything was close and within walkable distances. The food is amazing! The cute balconies with daily movies! Clean and spacious rooms! And Mike at the travel desk! I will be coming back to this hotel, absolutely fantastic!

In the center of a small neighborhood, very convenient. Walkable, tons of laundry service shops, cheap restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great!
This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to go to the grand palace or experience KohSan Rd, the palace is only about 25 minute walk from the property and cosine Road is about a 10 minute walk. In between you will find many fantastic restaurants and stores. This area seems to be geared towards younger travelers and backpackers, but has a really great and welcoming vibe for people of all ages, the bunk room and bed was quite comfortable. Surprisingly enough, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the pool and breakfast are nice amenities. Overall, it’s a fantastic value for the price and location.

The rooms are very small , the balcony is through a window , they put us near the elevator so you hear the elevator all day and night , there is no hot water , and the tv has no English tv station, the breakfast the food is cold , and the cold food is hot , not sure how they get such good reviews, when asked about the hot water and tv they say yes yes , and nothing was done , the wifi keeps cutting out

Best hotel definitely a 10 out of 10 hotel. Service staff and rooms are fantastic. Love the pool and movies every night. Only thing was cable not English friendly but that is nothing when you have so much to do in Bangkok. So close to everything really central and way to navigate around this area
