Shuttle service to and from the airport made this very convenient for our overnight layover. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was great.

Amazing hotel! Stayed 3 days with breakfast included. Great choice of buffet food to set us off for the day. Shuttle bus taking us to and from airport was a great advantage. The Sky Bar 747 on the 9th floor is defiantly worth a visit - great atmosphere with live music.

Our accommodation was in the adjoining apartment complex and was very spacious. Modern, new and clean. For the number of light fixtures and switches in the complex, there was relatively poor illumination. Free airport shuttle.

Corendon Urban Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the efficient shuttle service to the quick check-in and check-out process, everything was up to par. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. But what really blew me away was the Skybar 747 on the rooftop. The City view was absolutely stunning, the menu was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I felt like a regular guest from the moment I stepped in. I had a restful night's sleep before my flight, and I truly believe that this hotel offers great value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

This property is reallly cool. Lisa was very helpful and pleasant. We were upgraded without asking. Our apt was beautiful. The pool is amazing. Sky Bar was really nice. The 747 jet on the premises is super cool. Thanks for a great experience!

Great apartment, but not much in the kitchen to prepare a simple dish of food, other than that, very comfortable, very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is great although some times is hard to identify when you are waiting in the bus stops and the signs of the bus are not clear enough.

Beds were not comfortable and our reservation was messed up which resulted in our being locked out of our room. It was resolved, but took more effort than it should.It is a great location with a shuttle but they charge way too much for parking and food at the hotel. There are some great food options in a neighborhood close by.

The property was comfortable. They have restaurants and a convenient store option. The pool was awesome. It was nice to have the stream room, sauna, and cold bath options. My only disappointment was that they put us in the ‘apartments’ and we had to walk outside with all our things in the very cold and windy weather.

It is close to the airport with free shuttle. That's why we booked it. Only stayed there to sleep before the flight. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel.

Disappointing and I’m sorry I’ve had to do a poor review. The rooms are not properly cleaned and maintained. Our party had two rooms…the one room was absolutely filthy (and this was supposed to have been a clean room after we were initially allocated to a dirtier room) and had to be deep cleaned while we were there… stained carpets, no toiletries, filthy bath and toilet and layers of dust on fixtures and fittings. . The other room was also dirty…floors were dusty and hadn’t been mopped in ages. No consistency in standards, toiletries provided, refreshments in rooms or cleaning etc. Bathrooms were not cleaned, and you could tell the tiles were dirty as there were hairs from previous guests. 😏 Daily housecleaning was substandard. Dingy towels☹️. The toilet seat in one room was reported missing but not replaced 😐. Food…concerning. The restaurant is quite busy and many dishes are luke warm and standing open instead of being piping hot. A few members of our party were quite ill after one particularly busy dinner seating. Drinks - both fruit juices and branded fizzy drinks were watered down and not what they purported to be. Frontline staff seemed pleasant but tentative. FIRE HAZARDS 🔥🔥🔥- concerning that there were no evacuation instructions or signposting in any of the rooms. Fire doors were always propped open! On a positive… the pool, sauna and steam rooms were good 👍. Perhaps the hotel could benefit from tighter quality controls and managerial systems…🤔

Stayed with my little one, she had a blast. I am a gastric bypass patient so they gave me discount for all you can eat. I really appreciate it. There wasn’t room ready in time to check in but they compensated me really well with their hospitality. I will definitely be back for another great weekend getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Corendon. We had an enforced layover at Schiphol and chose this hotel as it was close and had a shuttle bus. The hotel worked perfectly for us. Staff were fantastic and it’s fantastic having the pool and gym there. Only limiting thing is food at night. The cafe is great during the day but there’s only prepackaged sandwiches and salads there in the evening, or an all you can eat buffet. The food there was grand but as there’s no room service and nothing around you, you’re kind of getting pushed towards that option. I’d still highly recommend the hotel if you need to be close to schiphol!

One room 5*. Other room 1*.
Booking was for two rooms in URBAN. On arrival told that Urban has been taken over by Ukrainian refugees, and therefore rooms are in the main hotel. One room was perfect, recently refirbished and clean. The other room was very dated and an accessible room - not something that has been booked. Room was dirty (what appeared to be blood on the floor) and soft furnishings dirty. For an accessible room, it wasnt even accessible! (Phone, soap, shower gel etc out of reach, step into bathroom, accessible bed was furthest away and access blocked by heavy marble table). Quite disappointing to be honest as I paid the same for both rooms. Breakdast was great. Shuttle to/from airport was regular and easy to use. Staff were lovely. This would have been 5 stars if both rooms were the same!

The hotel is very nice and they provide transportation to the airport which has a train connecting everywhere and is very clean and safe. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is because the shower changes temperatures from hot to cold by itself and burned my skin and then got really cold right after.

Tried to cancel the reservation. Hotel wouldn’t cancel and didn’t refund what had been paid. Poor customer service experienced on our end. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If anything happens beyond your control ie. cancelled flights, Expedia and the Hotel will not work with you.

Dear Michelle,Thank you for your review. Unfortenately your experience has nothing to do with us or Expedia not willing to assist. But when you make a reservation for a hotel in combination with flights, always add a cancellation insurrance or book a hotelrate that has the condition that allows changes or cancellations. When you choose a fixed rate, it is cheaper, but you can not change or cancel. An other option is to book via a Travel agency, who is experienced in all situations and will advice you what to choose. I hope with this advice, the next trip will be more enjoyable.

NO MICROWAVE???
Wow- a hotel room with NO microwave??? The smallest refrig possible. I mean ...small. They want you to get there by shuttle have no way out and be forced to eat their food. SPA was a nightmare, reservations to swim in the pool? Many people of various nations and hygienic quality took away from the experience. They DO have a steam room, which was nice. But NO microware? Oh my...they are only 20 Euros...
