+Beautiful location. Very spacious family room and patio, we'll appointed kitchen and large kitchen table. - one bathroom for 6 people, although toilet was separate from bathroom, which helped. Overall would definitely stay here again. Great option for families of 3 or more.

Greatest staff ever!
The staff at the hotel were incredibly gracious and helpful. They made reservations and printed tickets for us to go horseback riding, rented us bikes, and helped us get everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is attached to a large community swimming pool and health club. We forgot our passports at the hotel and got all the way back to the mainland before we realized it. They got them from our room and put them on the ferry for us to meet! They really went out of their way...we will definitely stay there again!

reasonable to good stay at Terschelling
Positive: location of the hotel, size of the appartments, large balcony with nice views, fairly quiet surrounding, reasonable quality of food. To improve: quality of the staff - young and sometimes unexperienced however positive attitude and with a smile. The hotel soon needs a renovation or make over, both from the inside as well as the outside. Negative: price quality of the breakfast. It is acceptable in terms of quality, however you truly pay a significant amount. Absolutely not worth it. Go out, have a breakfast elsewhere, or buy it at forehand and enjoy it in your own appartment!

Although this appears a good place, there are problems with this hotel. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the apartment, which seems to be permanent. The person I was with vomited after eating bad pork in the restaurant. The staff are friendly but rather clueless. The wireless internet works only at night. In the daytime you may not have any wireless access at all. This appears to be a problem all over Terschelling.

Een mooi en ruim appartementenhotel met goede ontbijtservice, prima ligging aan de bosrand, vriendelijk personeel zowel bij receptie als in het restaurant. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Leider sprach an der Rezeption niemand deutsch. Auch alle Informationen und Speisekarten waren ausschließlich auf holländisch oder englisch. Die Insel Terschelling wird mit recht "die Fahrradinsel" genannt. Wir benötigten an keinem Tag unser Auto.

Gardinen und Teppichboden waren leider schmutzig. Badezimmer war neu. Beim Schwimmbad handelt es sich um ein öffentliches Schwimmbad was umsonst nur morgens und in den frühen Mittagsstunden benutzt werden kann. (Abends Zahlungspflicht)

De kamer vond ik heel ruim , bedden waren goed, Leuk en jong personeel . Ontbijt was ok . De galerij is wel wat fris als je naar je kamer gaat . De douche vóór het zwembad vonden we niet handig en de openingstijden vonden we ook niet optimaal . Verder hebben we een leuk verblijf gehad. Dank u .

Heerlijk appartement in bosrijke omgeving!
Heerlijk appartement op het prachtige Terschelling!! Mooie boringen omgeving vlakbij West. Leuk om actief bezig te zijn. Helaas geen tijd om de welness te proberen. Misschien een volgende keer.

Accommodatie zag er netjes uit. Vrij nieuwe inrichting / meubilair. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt goed. Bbq avond viel iets tegen, vlees was goed maar uiteindelijk koud geserveerd.

Ik en mijn collega's doen dan ook altijd zo goed mogelijk ons best om onze gasten ten alle tijden een top verblijf te geven. Wat vervelend dat u onze barbecue avond als iets minder hebt ervaren. We waren er buiten seizoen en er waren renovaties aan de gaan, op zich is het natuurlijk goed dat er vernieuwd wordt, dit gaf (beperkte) overlast. Wel spijtig dat het zwembad zeer beperkte openingsuren heeft en nog erger dat de mooie glijbaan die te zien is op foto's tijdens ons verblijf geen enkele keer in gebruik was (dit zou hinderlijke stroming in het bad geven tijdens het baantjes zwemmen).

Het zwembad is niet in het hotel zelf en heeft beperkte openingstijden. Hierdoor is het lastig als de kinderen 's ochtends of 's avonds een uurtje willen gaan zwemmen.
