"Awesome location and view"

"Very good. Clean and comfortable. Great location, near Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station for easy access to downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. We really appreciated the front desk clerk who arranged for early access to our room, having arrived early in the morning on an overnight flight. Only complaint was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the entire 8 days we stayed there. It made for some slow waits. "

"What a find the Clayton was! Reception was friendly and efficient, we were in our room within five minutes. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with waiter service. The room was very well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely use the Clayton again on our next visit to London. The surrounding area was quiet, little or no traffic to spoil your sleep. A great location with easy transport links."

"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"Lovely property within the historic area of the Inns of Court. Everything was first class. We had the inclusive breakfast which was very good and great value for money. Only one small point no usb charging points in the rooms."

"Amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent location. Very comfy beds. Only issue was the hot water isn't consistent and gets too hot randomly. They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay."
