Such a super cute cozy unique place in a nifty town that's walkable. I'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time and spreading the word to friends. Comfy bed, nice tv with apps, beautiful outdoor area. The details and artistic expression in the place really make it a gem. Nice staff too!

This place is so adorable and affordable too. The details in the room like a beautiful soft fuzzy blanket made the stay so comfortable. Stag was helpful and friendly. Breakfast for $5, can’t bet that!

I love staying at the Metro. It is my favorite place to wake up to breakfast and best cup of coffee.. I have absolutely no complaints and love the staff. I love the ducks in every room and the bathtubs are my favorite. I will continue to book and stay at the Metro when ever I can n need a little R&R...thank you for helping me enjoy life better...

Comfortable beds and friendly staff, but that's about all I can say that's good about it. Bathroom facilities kind of disgusting in that if you shower, the floor is wet. Decor tries to be too cute and is just pretty silly. Bedside lamps hanging by cords from the ceiling. Weird! When asked how to adjust temp in room, we were told to use the electric heater. Temp can only be adjusted by the hotel manager. "Cafe" is just a room with tables and chairs where you can hang out and use the refrigerator and microwave to prepare your own food, although for a $5 charge you can prepare your own cup of coffee and help yourself to croissants in the morning. But stating that "cafe" is open until 10 pm is a bit dishonest when it's just an unattended room. Property looked like a RV parking lot with 3 airbuses parked around the small grassy area. Price high compared to a Hilton and quality way less. I won't stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay & the staff was very welcoming. They accommodated my after hours arrival as the night manager was very friendly. He met me in the lobby & assisted me to my room. They also granted me an extra 30 min after check out which I appreciated. If in the area again I will definitely stay here. I can't recall the night managers name but he went above & beyond providing exceptional service. Thank you again

It has a cute, creative French theme. Lots of care was taken to make it feel French from breakfast crepes and a French radio station to French signs. I loved it and would definitely return.

A+ for Effort & Creatively!
This is worth a stay. Totally charming with a large dose of quirkiness. There was a surprise around every corner. I stayed in the Bambi trailer and it is totally unique - great bed and bedding, good kitchen amenities, table with padded bench seating, and a tiny (but functional) bathroom. There is also a delightful outdoor area with bistro seating and flamingos. I must mention that the cafe area with indoor and outdoor seating was a lovely place for my breakfast of crepes and coffee. Although entire place was a bit rickety, and undergoing some restoration construction, it was entirely enjoyable and I would stay there again.

I was here for work, and the Metro was a convenient short walk to the office, as well as to local dining options. Downtown center was nearby, but I didn't have time to explore. Nice parks nearby too. I particularly liked the outdoor sitting areas for each room, and for group gatherings.

I love this hotel!! I will stay here every time I go to Petaluma. I may even go to Petaluma simply to stay here. Visually, it is one of the most gorgeous and charming places I have ever seen - vintage eclectic Parisian, shabby chic done beautifully. I loved the cafe, it is 24 hours, communal amenities, and in the morning when you go for coffee or crepes, you get to mingle with the other guests. Such a friendly way to welcome the day. Metro is a gem, nothing could be better.

The Metro Hotel was a charming and convenient spot to stay in Petaluma. The owners and staff were very friendly and easy to approach - we appreciated all of them. We stayed in one of the Air Streams; an interesting thing to do, at least one time! It was really too small even for 2 of us, with a leaky shower. This will not stop us from future visits, we'll just book an actual room in the hotel. The French breakfast area was charming, with good crepes. We would recommend this hotel.

Metro Hotel was such a cute place for a vacation. The decor is unique and gives the feeling of staying in Europe. The location was walking distance to dining, entertainment, and shops. We will definitely stay here in the future.

One of the most charming botiqure hotel in which I've stayed. A surprise at every turn. From covered off street parking, bright cheerful rooms. friendly and helpful staff, quiet and close to downtown, to many special touches: very nice linens and exceptionally made bed, handwritten personal notes, vintage art and furniture, a welcoming cafe to greet you in the morning.
