The pillows were stinky as hell and they didn't give us new ones so we had to sleep without pillows.

Great except for aircon!
Really happy with all aspects of the hostel and my stay, except for the positioning of the aircon. The aircon device was stuck on the wall at the head of my bunk, literally dripping a few inches away from my face. Obviously I switched my pillow so it was at the foot of the bed instead, but it still made me ill being that close to it, and because it was a shared room, I did not have full control over the temperature. When I asked if I could move, I was given no alternative.

Nossa estadia foi uma delícia. Hostel muito bem localizado com boa estrutura. Gostaríamos apenas de pontuar algumas possíveis melhorias: cabides no quarto, cabideiro, atenção maior na lavagem das louças pois vários dias tinham marcas de sujeira. Nada que não nos faça voltar mais vezes. Adoramos!

Bem localizado, quarto funcional, wi-fi ok, café da manhã bem básico, sem estacionamento o que causou um pouco de stress porque no meio do Leblon os estacionamentos são caros. Tem a opção de colocar na rua pagando por hora. Atendimento decepcionante, 2 solicitações que fizemos sem sucesso nem satisfações. Uma atendente não sabia onde era uma rua a 2 quadras do hotel.

Pra quem está acostumado com o Brazilodge de SP, preciso avisar que essa unidade é completamente diferente; o que, na minha opinião, é um ponto negativo visto que a gente se hospeda muitas vezes por conhecer a marca e instantaneamente criar uma conexão mental com algo familiar, consequentemente esperando um padrão. Bom, aqui esse padrão não existe. Não quer dizer que seja ruim, só é diferente. Mas evidentemente ao compararmos com o hostel homônimo o desapontamento é inevitável porque o Brazilodge em SP é um hostel espetacular. Espero que consigam fazer essa padronização para que este seja também espetacular. Mas no geral a hospedagem é ok. O atendimento da recepção é bom. Os quartos são muito pequenos de modo que se houver ocupação máxima provavelmente será bem desagradável. Mas não há nenhum ponto que seja extremamente negativo e inaceitável. Resumindo: é ok.
