I love the location of the property. It's just a few minutes walk to the heart of Times Square and the subway. It was surprisingly quiet. There was a loud car twice at night. But the hotel was super quiet. They had happy hour so that was nice. They brought towels and toilet paper very fast since we didn't want our room serviced. The staff seemed like they enjoyed working there.

Very professional staff. Handled our bags while we spent the day visiting New York before our official check in. Coffee, water, and seltzer water available 24 hours a day. Nice lounge area. Highly recommend. Our only complaint is that the fan in the bathroom did not work.

Although it’s small, it was perfect for a weekend get away. Very clean, courteous staff, and the best location to see all of NYC. Close to subways and many main attractions. Will definitely stay there again!

If you are looking for a inexpensive hotel for mid-town close to Times Square, this is great if you have a motel-6 type attitude. As a male, traveling alone for 3 days, it was OK. I asked for an interior room and the one they gave me was dark, quiet and cold.... perfect. But I probably will never stay there again and definitely not with my wife. It was minimalistic at most

While the property itself could use a freshen up, the staff go the extra distance in providing a terrific experience. I had a hiccup while checking in and the staff went out of their way to make sure the rest of my stay was great. The suite had a smaller bathroom than expected but very spacious sitting and working area, which I wanted. Overall a great experience and I would stay there again.

The hotel was located in a great location on 45th St W between 5th and 6th. The check in was quick and seamless, and so was the check out. I loved that you could check your bags at the front desk on arrival and departure to allow for more sight seeing. Our room was on the 7th floor and was located in a quiet location. You could not hear any street or hallway noise which was a plus for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Although well situated in the Times Square area, this is a pleasant boutique hotel, but the rooms are small, the beds are not queen but doubles, and there is no breakfast. Nice for a short stay, and the front desk people were nice and efficient.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice hot water, comfy beds. Walkable to subway and Time Square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great bar in their lounge area with happy hour 4-6, awesome bartender. We felt safe, pretty quiet except trash pickup time. Will stay again.

The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. Especially liked that there were large sized body lotion and shampoo. Large lounge in the main lobby with great bar. The property is located right in the heart of the Theatre district with Broadway right on the doorstep. The Hotel is set just off the extremely busy Broadway and makes it idea for those wanting a central location without all the noise! The staff were lovely and very helpful, but some of the areas and facilities within the hotel are quite dated and a bit shabby.

It was our first time in NYC and i couldnt have asked for a better trip. Club quarters times square staff are amazing, helpful, friendly. We felt like we were staying with friends, they are quick to help with questions, and so so so nice. This hotel has the perfect location, 3 min walk to the heart of times square. Great local bars with awesome food near by. Shopping on 5th was also a 3 min walk but in the other direction. Felt safe the whole time. We landed at about 10 am friday morning and took the AirTran then the subway from JFK to our hotel, our room wasnt ready yet but they kept our luggage while we started touring NYC. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you CQ!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room felt a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but it was a comfortable and clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect it’s about a 10min walk to several places. Like grand central station, time square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, Bryant park. We booked one of the tour buses and only got on once since we could just walk everywhere. 5th Avenue right around the corner for shopping.
