"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. "This is a nice smallish hotel at the outskirts of Alcazar. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, maybe a bit minimal equiped but it has all you need. Attached is a restaurant and cafeteria with pretty good food too. Something to be aware of - it is on the outskirts of Alcazar and takes about 20 minutes ..."
