Nice and quiet location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were in good shape and quiet. Only thing I didn’t like are the small pillows that are, maybe, half the size of a regular pillow. I’d definitely stay there again.

Called on 4-2 and asked if they had a pool they said yes but when we got there the pool was closed. Would have found a different place that their pool was working. I will never go back to Best Western. I didn't ask when I made the reservation because I knew they had a pool they.

Great stay! Front desk staff was very accommodating. Cleaning staff did good job. The breakfast was amazing!!! Very clean… my go-to hotel in Macomb, IL!!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They make each person their priority. The hotel is so clean. The breakfast bar is excellent with many choices.

As cleanliness is top on my list this Best Western made the grade! The Christmas decor in the lobby was very nice and tastefully done. The clerk at check-in, Cameron was great as well! No complaints here!

Only problem was shower handle broke when I went take a shower. Already soaped my hair so I had to wash my hair in the sink.

Needs improvement
Hotel is dated. Front desk at our evening check-in was somewhat rude. We requested to see the room before checking in and were asked why we wanted to see it. The condition of the lobby made us feel unsure of the quality and cleanliness of the room. We ended up moving to a different hotel after one night. We were able to receive a refund for the nights we didn’t stay.

Nice hotel and staff but sofa bed and chairs need to be cleaned. Rugs needs to be deep Cleaned as well. Other then that the staff was great no matter how many questions we had

manager was very nice. room very clean. hotel very clean. breakfast options were great but lady that works that area was very all over your shoulder as you tried to get food and eat. that made me very uneasy.
