My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Venetian Resort. We would definitely come again and highly recommend the hotel to others. We came just to spend a weekend to attend a concert in Las Vegas. The concert was cancelled but the hotel was able to assist us to select tours and excursions last minute. If would be nice if the hotel replaced the access card which you have to swipe at several access points on property with armbands to clear access.

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO WALK TWO MILES TO GET TO YOUR ROOM?!? I ordered Uber eats and it took an entire 10 mins walk to retrieve my food. So very inconvenient- there are way better hotels with better amenities and you can get to your room in less than 30 mins…

The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes just for them to tell me ok I think we figured it out. Nothing was offered for this delay, it was well past midnight at this point and no sofa bed was prepared either.

Amazing room. Very nice suite for not a lot of money. Awesome restaurants on location and nice high end shopping if that's your thing. Very good location on the strip.

The hotel charges $11 for a bottle of water under its own brand. Criminally disgraceful; mafia like hotel clerks. Would never stay there again and would alert consumer protection agencies on the hotel’s cheats. Disgraceful place and gangster like hotel staff!

I always love staying at The Venetian but this time around we encountered unfriendly staff and security guards. I also left my flat iron in the room during checkout. I called and left my information and was later told via email that they were not liable. I feel wary about staying here again.

The hotel was nice; no kettle in the room; it is rather stressing how they impose on you to pay tips everywhere you go. If you go to the pool and you dare not to tip for the service staff is paid for they will not serve you.

Was not for us- too crowded. People put towels on pool chairs at 7a then no one else could use them. Food very expensive. Room was nice but no nicer than many others. Could smell marijuana at the pool. Older guy in hot tub smoking something in his underwear- it was gross.

Lobby, halls and rooms are gorgeous. Pool areas are clean. The hot tub was lovely once I found it hidden down a narrow bush- lined walkway. Checkout was efficient- from the TV in our room. The Lobby area was overwhelming. People were lining up in several directions and we had trouble figuring out which was the correct line to see if we could check in early or at least leave our luggage. The walk from the Lobby to the Guest elevators went through the casino and the entrance to Guest elevators was difficult to find. Pool area noisy with loud music. Ditto the Casino areas- lots of flashing lights and noise.
