I like the number of pools and the number of restaurants to choose from. I also like the convenience of the location so close to so many things to do. Very Walkable. My hotel room smelled completely of smoke, it was disgusting.

Really felt like we were nickle and dimed for everything. Especially front desk at check in and checkout. Early check in fees and useless upgrades are misleading at best with what you get. Buyer beware….They tried to pin us for using the mini bar even though we didn’t touch it.

I had thought this hotel was as great as Wyne and other top hotels in Vegas, finally I was a bit disappointed that room is not clean. The telephone set was covered with heavy dust, like they did not clean it for a month. Room is spacious and view is great. Need improve room cleanness.

Beautiful large room. Very clean with the exception of one day not getting housekeeping: everything was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Loved it there and would definitely stay again.

Upgraded my rooms which was expensive. Both rooms had trash left in the room, draining of the sink and shower was terrible, broken things in the room (lights, etc), no concierge service available (took me 3 days to figure out where the gym was located), long waits at the front desk. Staff didn’t even ask if my stay was okay. I’m going back to MGM properties next time.

Check in system is too old. Takes a long time to check in and out. The system should have room facilities for the agent to tell you what the view is and what’s in the room
The slots never pay. Too crowded in the slot area.
There is a bad smell always going from the David statue to the pool.

There was a foul odor on the unwashed towels. The pool was closed for remodeling and the staff was extremely rude.

I will start by saying that the check in guy was excellent! He even upgraded my room for me.
The room was great, clean and comfy. It had everything I could possibly need to make my stay a good one.
My disappointment comes with the lady on the express check in, the morning of my departure.
I had not been able to sign in to the hotels wifi at all while in my room. It was fine while in any other area.
The morning of my departure I went down to the desk super early at 06.30 so as to miss the long lines. The lady I saw first tried to rectify the the issue and we thought the issue had be3n fixed. I went back to the room but unfortunately it had not. I then spent the next hour onto their wifi support team who also could not get it working.
When I was checking out I thought I would just mention this issue and waited behind a couple who were being dealt with by the lady on the express check in. I was a little taken back by how rude she was to them and as their English was not that good I do not think they realised.
When I got to speak to the lady I explained the situation and she said bluntly ‘The wifi we offer is a free service! It has nothing to do with the hotel or the services you pay for in the resort fee” and turned her back on me.
In that moment it made everything I thought good about the hotel go out the window and left me leaving the hotel with a very disappointed opinion. Last impressions and all that.
Would I stay there again probably not. Sorry.

Casino was smokier than others nearby. Room cleaning staff should pull away furniture (nightstands) and clean behind them. USB charging & some outlets not working.

Areas of the room were not up to date: light bulbs were out, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the lighted make-up mirror did not work, room was only cleaned one day,, no free coffee in the room (even cheap hotels have this).

Location on the strip is very central easy to walk to a lot of places/attractions
Stayed there 15yrs ago, still a good hotel but definitely a little warn out and would try somewhere else next time for 460 a night

Very friendly staff, great amenities, awesome location, eats, shops, casino and clubs.
Big issue with room…had a horrible smell including closet. Complaint to staff, said would take care of. Issue never resolved. Never had this issue at property or in Vegas. Sad…

Caesars was horrific. Stayed in the Colosseum tower - all four dedicated elevators were broken. Went to security and attempted to address it and was snapped at by Gerald that "(Elevator) #3 is working ma'am." - walked back across complex only to have him follow behind five minutes realizing, without acknowledging it, that I was telling the truth along with thirty other guests. They took us up the service elevator and had no plan for us to get back down. Told us stairs weren't available, clearly a lie. Check in with Jason was okay minus the two hour wait for anbout ten check ins total and missing staff who clearly don't know how to hustle and help each other. Plus a missing manager.

The room was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view. I loved being able to just walk down to see Garth Brooks at the Coliseum. The only downside was a very rude young girl who checked me into the hotel. Was not a very good welcome. The casino is beautiful and lots of food choices. Will definitely be back!!!

Usually a great experience with this property. Took 2 calls to the bellman desk to get luggage delivered. I did give them 3 hours between calls. Also the check in time at 4 pm is a bit late, especially if you are coming from another property with check out time of 11 am. Charged almost $80 for early check in. The restaurants close fairly early here too. We wanted to eat at the Palm, but eating there after the hockey game was not an option, due to it being closed at 10 pm. The city that never sleeps should be changed to the city that never eats..
