This was one of the best smelling hotels that allows you to smoke. Unless you were standing next to someone smoking you would never know you could smoke in the Casino. From the moment you arrive outside you can smell the hotel welcoming you in. The rooms where nice xleaned and updated and t h e staff was great.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful hotel and convenient to everything. Lots of food options. Awesome pool and food. Will definitely stay again next time.

The hotel was lovely. Great variety of dining options. Staff were efficient and helpful. The only thing was our room was not vacuumed and the desk where the snacks and fridge had a film of dust on arrival. On day two the room was vacuumed but desk was not cleaned through out our stay. We put that down to staff shortage so didn’t make a fuss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though.
Very easy to check in and check out. Easy to get around. The room was perfect, great bedding and pillows. Slept soundly the first night. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom. So derfulmstsy.

Rooms were nice, we had some housekeeping snafu's upon checking in - pizza still in the refrigerator from the last guest, garbage in the bathroom but staff handled it. Carpet was wet outside of our room with an industrial fan running on it the entire time we were there. No idea why.
Didn't receive room type that we reserved. Had issues with keys and app not unlocking room consistently. Had to stand in line to get new keys programmed.

Loved Aria but my only complaint was that the hot water in our room came out black in the bathroom faucet every time we turned it on and the toilet keep pumping for a few minutes after flushing. Room was 6302.

We love this hotel. While it can be a walk to the stripe, because you have to go through the Casino, it is a great hotel.
Very spacious and the rooms are beautiful. Love the bathrooms with the wet room tub and shower combo.
Was told I had to pay an extra $600. That I never knew about. So I was stuck Las Vegas I had to use my spending money to stay somewhere else

The staff were very friendly but the bed sheets had a few spots of blood on them which was off putting. Also not being able to use the only refrigerator for personal items is silly. I would have loved to keep my personal water cold but the fridge not only was not on but was told we could not use it for our items.

I liked the casino location and the rooms very much. The restaurants though were expensive and food not up to the price!
Slot machines of course always winning over me… the $9:00 fee for atm withdrawal excessive.
