Reception, hallways, and room was clean, updated, and nice. Restaurant food was a little subpar. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 cocktail, 1 sprite. The "Artisan Sauce" on one and the "Chipotle Mayo" on the other burger were just plain mayo. The "Natural Cut Fries" on the menu were frozen but now luke warm crinkle fries from a bag...when the bill comes to around $71.00 it's a little disheartening.

Well maintained property. Would have liked to know ahead of time the observation deck was closed as that was one of the reasons we stayed there. Very nice breakfast.

Comfortable bed, nicely decorated, great lobby area and the staff were all very friendly. I was concerned about noise as it is right next to the Lakeland airport, but it was very quiet

Dogs plate only supposed to be on the first floor. How ever they let them on any floor now. It is an issue for people with allergies and people who do not want to hear barking dogs all the time.

I loved the staff they were all so sweet and helpful! Breakfast was better than expected! Room could've been cleaner some upgrades are needed in room. Over all a great stay.

Excellent Stay!
Everything was great about this Hilton! I loved the breakfast options and hot tub. My only complaint was that Hotels.com had a sofa bed included in the description and there wasn't one in the room.

They charge a deposit hold. Person at the counter said it’s only a pending charge and goes off when you check out. Just called and that’s not true takes 5-7 business days. Maybe fine for personal travel but a pain if your using a business account. Wouldn’t stay again for any business trips.

Parking could be improved. Breakfast not served early enough on Saturday mornings, and ice machine room dark and very hot. The room itself was very clean. Beds comfortable. Shower had amazing pressure. Check in/check out was fast and friendly. I would stay here again.
