"Loved the bungalow but every time you pay with points you become less priority. I paid for ocean view and ment a lot to me and I’m pretty sure it was a partial view of the beach. I had 75% of my view was the next bungalow. When you pay with points, you become less of a important customer."

"We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently.
