The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with an odour in my room the first night and when I reported it to the staff I was immediately given another room….actually got up graded to a suite. The staff couldn’t apologize enough for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again.

The first time we stayed here, and I highly recommend staying here, if you like the convenience of a modern hotel. Everything was very nice.

Was really disappointed by this stay. The bed was the hardest hotel bed I have stayed in. When I crawled into bed there was dirt in the sheets..
The hot tub was down for maintenance so we went to use the pool with our daughter (1) it was so cold!! we were only able to stay in for 20 minutes and when we got out she was shivering and chattering her teeth. The family that came in as we were leaving the pool area also had young kids complaining how freezing it was. The mother actually went straight to the bottom of the slide (separate from the pool) and sat in there cause it was warmer while her kids swam.
The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. No milk for the cereal, not enough eggs etc. for more than one person and there was a full house at breakfast time.
Overall was not satisfied at all with the stay, won't be staying here again. Definitely paid way too much for what we got.

Our apologies for the hot tub maintenance we had posted on all online channels that it was down for service over 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the site is limited to where it is listed. I had viewed our reports for the temperature of the pool over the course of your stay and the lowest if came to was 82.6F (or 28.1'c) we have our pool and water slide (same water source) set at 82'F-84'F. Of course, this can seem a bit chillier with no hot tub. As for the other issues you had encountered during your stay will be sure to work with all departments to ensure this does not happen again. if you wish to speak on this matter further, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself any time.Thank you,Ashley K

Clean, new, well kept. all of the staff we encountered were exceptional. I did not catch most of their names, however our last contact at checkout was Kevin, he was great. Again all staff were professional, courteous and helpful.
