"I was happy with everything about the actual hotel until i laid down and saw a bed bug nypmh crawling towards me on the white sheets. I work in pest control and I know exactly what a bed bug looks like. Identifying the bug is also easy as the bug was crawling towards me and had no issue crawling on me when given the opportunity. Other bugs do not behave this way. It is also concerning that this was a bed bug that was in the early stages of its life which indicate that there is an active population that was freshly laying eggs in the room that I was in. I do commend the staff at the hotel who tried to move me to another room before providing me with a full refund after i did not feel comfortable staying there. They were very polite and attentive and took responsibility for the problem. "
