When we first arrived at the Hotel, the bathroom floor, toilet and sink were drenched in water and water was pouring out of the ceiling. When we requested help, the attendant looked at the situation and said that he would get back to us. We waited a half hour, and he did not get back to us. When we called the front desk, he said the leak in the ceiling would stop soon and that we should clean up the water on the floor ourselves. The television also did not work. We requested a new room. He argued with us and said that he could not change the room after we have been in it a half hour. After using strong language and arguing he hung up. I was in the process of calling Hotels.com to complain when he called and said he would give us another room. The second room did not have a leak in the ceiling, but the quality of the room was low. The pictures in the ad are deceiving.
