The room smelled so bad that I couldn’t bring my bags in overnight. I was afraid the smell would get into my clothes. The location is in a desolate area adjacent to a semi truck lot.

Had a Non smoking room but the vent in the bathroom let all the smoke in from another room. We are non smokers so it was terrible. It was clean. Staff was nice.

Great place
The room was one of best i have stayed at room was spacious/clean/clean bathroom / bed was very comfortable felt safe and was quiet but above being a great place the managers/ owners went out of there way to get a back pack (i left in room) to me back home in michigan. I had some important items that had in back pack and some credit cards/cash / tablet etc that they easily could of kept i will forever remember there honesty there good people. Also credit to cleaning person for turning in a big thank u!!!!!!

Sketchy stay
This hotel has a sign stating "All new rooms" This was one of the most dated, poor condition hotels I have ever stayed at... including third world countries. There was a really bad smell in the room like a cross between mildew and cat spray. Upon entering the room I thought there was a large hole in the wall...it was a large roach. Upon check out at 630am, the "breakfast" was non-existent. The staff at reception were good.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights when we went to a concert in Nashville. Prices for hotels/motels in Nashville are way out of our budget, so we looked for something reasonably close and affordable. We've found Franklin is the perfect choice. We usually stay at another hotel in Franklin when we go to concerts in Nashville, but this time we decided to try Days Inn because it was a bit cheaper and we were very satisfied with the accommodations. My only complaint is that there weren't any gluten free options for breakfast except for apples. It would have been nice if they had some eggs and bacon or sausage. Other than that, we will most likely stay here again the next time we go to a concert in Nashville.

This is a motel more than hotel. They don't have a breakfast they put out packaged pastries oatmeal and some cereal. Right next to 2 major truck stops so can be loud. Bed hard. Very basic

Bad customer service
The lady at the check-in was very rude, was smacking her gum I was supposed to have conjoining rooms I did not get those one person was upstairs one person was downstairs she was not friendly at all!! She called me to actual try cancel my rooms for some one else !! She has no name badge on .. I waited over 30 min n Lobby on her to just check us in AND she gave person n front me rooms 229/230 and I had prior reservations. These folks were walk n.

The front staff was rude and the TV was on loud! The show was inappropriate for a family establishment. Upon entering the room we always check things and we found a dead bed bug. We would like a full refund because we are finding a new hotel!!

Desk clerk was super rude when I was surprised by the demand for a cash deposit. Literally the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever tried to sleep on--ancient and full of craters. My back hurt half the day afterwards.

The AC was off in the room when we arrived and it smelled musty and like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). We had to turn the AC on and leave at 11pm to wait for the ~90 degree room to cool down. I turned the bathroom fan on to help air out the smell, and an intake vent smelled like it was blowing cigarette smoke directly into the bathroom… disappointing!

The stay was good besides we get put in one room go to are event come back and are luggage is moved to another room then the next morning ar 7:45 a man and women opens the door why were still in bed then they never came back to clean or refresh are towels came in late from the track with no towels
