"Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional.
