What you can expect

Embark on a trekking tour to see the Summit areas of Etna in all her majesty. Follow your alpinist guide on an adventure to uncover the secrets of this active volcano.
Start your tour from the south side of the volcano, north of Nicolosi, where you'll take the cable car and a 4x4 bus.
From 2,900 m, start the medium/high level trekking to admire the impressive summit of Etna and view the colours and formations of its active craters. Learn about the history and geology of the volcano from your guide.
Explore the craters of recent eruptions during your descent on foot to 2500 metres where you will board the cable car.
